FullStory’s mission is to make digital analytics easy to understand and take action on, which hinges on a strong User Experience. This is the role for you if you’re excited by the future of data, and you’re ready to mentor other designers on using research and exceptional Discovery skills to de-risk that future vision.

Day-to-day you’ll:

• Own and execute design across the entire product development lifecycle.
• Bring an entrepreneurial spirit of informed and deliberate research and experimentation.
• Oversee UX for a product team, aligning other designers to a shared vision and mentoring.
• Shake us up. Keep us on our toes. Challenge us.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has 7+ years of experience as a product designer, including 2+ years working at a B2B SAAS company.
• Has experience in a leadership role in cross-discipline initiatives, bringing a design voice to the conversation and building trust between the design practice and other practices.
• Has experience conducting User Experience Research activities independently.
• Has a robust portfolio of iterative software work, including examples with a strong focus on iteration through the Discovery phase to deliver a minimum lovable product.

It would be amazing if:
• You have experience working in highly complex and technical spaces, especially related to digital analytics, data science, machine learning, or similar.
• You are comfortable with all aspects of the design process including research, low and high fidelity design, and rapid prototyping.
• You have cross-practice facilitation skills and the ability to work with partners across the company to secure support, bringing a UX voice to the conversation and building trust across the company for the UX practice.
