FullStory’s UX team is looking for a Staff User Experience Designer to report into the Head of User Experience, who enjoys the challenge of finding solutions to complex problems and ensuring those solutions are best in class experiences. FullStory’s mission is to make digital analytics easy to understand and take action on, which hinges on a strong User Experience. This is the role for you if you’re excited by the future of data, and you’re ready to mentor other designers on using research and exceptional Discovery skills to de-risk that future vision.

Day-to-day you’ll:
• Partner with cross-functional partners to frame problems, shape UX strategy, and contribute to user engagement and growth by iteratively designing, shipping and measuring solutions.
• Own and execute design across the entire product development lifecycle.
• Bring an entrepreneurial spirit of informed and deliberate research and experimentation.
• Oversee UX for a product team, aligning other designers to a shared vision and mentoring.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has 7+ years of experience as a product designer, including 2+ years working at a B2B SAAS company.
• Has experience in a leadership role in cross-discipline initiatives, bringing a design voice to the conversation and building trust between the design practice and other practices.
• Has experience conducting User Experience Research activities independently.
• Has a robust portfolio of iterative software work, including examples with a strong focus on iteration through the Discovery phase to deliver a minimum lovable product.

It would be amazing if:
• You have experience working in highly complex and technical spaces, especially related to digital analytics, data science, machine learning, or similar.
• You are comfortable with all aspects of the design process including research, low and high fidelity design, and rapid prototyping.
• You have cross-practice facilitation skills and the ability to work with partners across the company to secure support, bringing a UX voice to the conversation and building trust across the company for the UX practice.

We’re looking for a Design Systems Designer with foundational knowledge of user-centered designed principles to help shape our evolving design language. We want to take our best moments and turn them into reusable solutions across the platform. If you are someone who sees big patterns where others see small interactions, this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with UX and App Platform Engineering team members, and operate with an intense focus on enabling design and UI development at scale, while holding space for the subtler sciences of intuition, art, and humanity. Day-to-day you’ll:

The Product Security team at FullStory ensures that engineering teams across the company are enabled to securely design, build, test, and maintain the software that powers our business. We focus on establishing a "paved road" so that engineers can move confidently to deliver secure software with minimal friction.
