As an Implementation Analyst at Gallup, you will work with our consultants to set up surveys and clients on our platform, so managers are able to access results and the appropriate learning tools once a survey has closed. A key part of that process involves the cleaning and organising of large data files from client HR systems – a vital step for delivering accurate results after a survey. In addition, you will also work directly with clients to train them on how to use Gallup's platform. This may involve leading sessions via webinars, explaining our system and answering any questions from the virtual audience.
Furthermore, you'll manipulate and manage client data files, work with clients to learn what they want out of their surveys, and ensure they submit all the information that is required, whilst working directly with them to resolve any issues or discrepancies. As part of the Implementation Analyst Team, you will also support quality assurance processes on some projects. From the initial client kick off-call to the final stages of setting up the reporting platform, you will play an integral part in maintaining Gallup's reputation for data credibility and accurate reporting.
This role would particularly suit a recent graduate with advanced excel skills and experience working with data.
Who we want:
Data wizards. Does the task of manipulating large sets of data excite you? (We hope so.) We want people who can easily develop and run formulas in Excel.
Organised multitaskers. If you can successfully manage multiple complex projects at the same time, you'll do well in this role. You'll work with a variety of clients, teams, and data sets, and we'll count on your organisation and commitment to perfection to excel at Gallup.
Detail-oriented analysts. You know that one small mistake can disrupt results. Fortunately, you have an eye for the smallest of details and a talent for flawless execution. You're process-oriented and great at documentation – talents critical for this role.
What you need:
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of data and analytics concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Applicants must be eligible to work in India on a full-time basis
What we offer
• An individualised and flexible work schedule
• A comprehensive benefits package including competitive salary, health insurance and travel reimbursement
• A strengths-based, engagement-focused and performance-oriented culture
• World-class managers who support, position, empower and engage you
• Ongoing learning and development opportunities
