SUMMARY:

The Community Coordinator position will be interfacing with all of our students, members, guests and event attendees and supporting our campus membership goals and initiatives. For this reason, we're looking for a candidate that operates at a highly organized and efficient level. Previous hospitality and customer service experience is critical for this role.

• Manage an organized mailroom and inventory/order office supplies as needed.
• Manage and diligently maintain the campus budget (purchase/receipt tracking & credit card reconciliation). Ensure cost savings where possible, communicate any overages and forecast as needed.
• Facilitate and troubleshoot member and student A/V needs.
• Answer incoming calls and website interest in regards to education, membership and enterprise inquiries.
• Respond in a timely fashion to all member and student needs (i.e. building maintenance requests, IT help, resources etc.) and raise any issues to the Sr. Manager of Operations.
• Responsible for opening and closing campus building depending on event schedule needs.
• Assist in the member on-boarding process (new member orientation, member check-ins, wireless network configuration, printer connection, facilities requirements etc.)
• Assist with the logistics of Galvanize events. Including but not limited to booking conference rooms, checking guests in and directing them appropriately etc.
• Manage vendor relationships and communicate with the accounting department to ensure on time payments.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of appropriate partnerships and relationships.
• Assist in washing dishes, stocking snacks/tea/condiments, and making coffee.
• Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent AND
• 1-2 years experience in the hospitality or customer service industry.

General Description
As Area Sales Manager, this individual will serve as the point person for end-to-end commercialization, including sales, support and capital program management for all Galvanize Therapeutics Technologies. The Area Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for developing and executing business plans for assigned territories, leading clinical and technical product discussions and demonstrations as part of the sales process, presenting customers with various capital equipment service, financing and sales options, managing any post-sales installation and will support after sales adoption and utilization of Galvanize Therapeutics products, including educating physicians and staff on the use of the products. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for customer program development, conducting customer business reviews and executing on market education activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute quarterly business plans which achieve Galvanize Therapeutic sales revenue targets within the assigned geographical territory.
• Maintain a detailed, frequently updated and strategic business plan for the territory.
• Present realistic sales forecasts to sales management on a consistent basis.
• Develop relationships with both clinical as well as economic champions at new and existing customers to best understand customer needs, capital buying cycle, capital funding options outside of the capital budget cycle and identifying new technology acquisition processes.

Key Requirements
Education and Training: A minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree and 4 years as a Sales Representative within the Medical Device Industry.
Skills and Experience: Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical product as well as clinical knowledge of disease states to physicians and economic buyers is a must. The ability to travel extensively up to 75%, including overnight travel within the assigned territory is a must for the role. Required to work in a hospital, ASC setting, attending live patient cases as when required as part of the job and wear necessary protective gear (i.e. lead aprons, masks, etc.). Self-starter who performs well with autonomy and problem solver who can think critically in high pressure environments. Works well with the team and frequently shares sales strategies key learning with sales management and with peers. Receptive to constructive feedback and collaborates and works well within a matrix team environment. Proven ability to articulate customer needs and feedback to the entire organization as needed. Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize projects and tasks. Ability to communicate at a high level and high frequency level daily with sales management and the broader organization. At Galvanize Therapeutics, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays an at plan compensation (including base) of $275,000 when an ASM achieves their annual quota.

• Implement post sales installation, implementation and adoption protocol in collaboration with the sales team and service team to achieve the desired business objective of the deal.
• Support new customers in clinical adoption of Galvanize Therapeutics technologies.
• Work with the customer to ensure customer can achieve their clinical and economic goals with the new technology and overall customer satisfaction driving higher customer utilization rates.
• Must develop and maintain expert level knowledge of all Galvanize Therapeutics products and demonstrate a firm grasp of industry trends, understanding of market trends and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Key Requirements
Education and Training: A minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree and 4 years as a Sales Representative within the Medical Device Industry.
Skills and Experience: Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical product as well as clinical knowledge of disease states to physicians and economic buyers is a must. The ability to travel extensively up to 75%, including overnight travel within the assigned territory is a must for the role. Required to work in a hospital, ASC setting, attending live patient cases as when required as part of the job and wear necessary protective gear (i.e. lead aprons, masks, etc.). Self-starter who performs well with autonomy and problem solver who can think critically in high pressure environments. Works well with the team and frequently shares sales strategies key learning with sales management and with peers. Receptive to constructive feedback and collaborates and works well within a matrix team environment. Proven ability to articulate customer needs and feedback to the entire organization as needed. Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize projects and tasks. Ability to communicate at a high level and high frequency level daily with sales management and the broader organization. Ability to work in a regulated environment in compliance to ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.

At Galvanize Therapeutics, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays an at plan compensation (including base) of $275,000 when an ASM achieves their annual quota.
