SUMMARY:

Galvanize is a fast paced, dynamic workplace filled with some of the most innovative startups. The Community Coordinator position will be interfacing with all of our students, members, guests and event attendees and supporting our campus membership goals and initiatives. • Manage an organized mailroom and inventory/order office supplies as needed.
• Manage and diligently maintain the campus budget (purchase/receipt tracking & credit card reconciliation). Ensure cost savings where possible, communicate any overages and forecast as needed.
• Facilitate and troubleshoot member and student A/V needs.
• Answer incoming calls and website interest in regards to education, membership and enterprise inquiries.
• Respond in a timely fashion to all member and student needs (i.e. building maintenance requests, IT help, resources etc.) and raise any issues to the Sr. Manager of Operations.
• Responsible for opening and closing campus building depending on event schedule needs.
• Assist in the member on-boarding process (new member orientation, member check-ins, wireless network configuration, printer connection, facilities requirements etc.)
• Assist with the logistics of Galvanize events. Including but not limited to booking conference rooms, checking guests in and directing them appropriately etc.
• Manage vendor relationships and communicate with the accounting department to ensure on time payments.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of appropriate partnerships and relationships.
• Assist in washing dishes, stocking snacks/tea/condiments, and making coffee.
• Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent AND
• 1-2 years experience in the hospitality or customer service industry.

Certificates and Licenses: None required.

General Description

As Area Sales Manager, this individual will serve as the point person for end-to-end commercialization, including sales, support and capital program management for all Galvanize Therapeutics Technologies. Education and Training: A minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree and 4 years as a Sales Representative within the Medical Device Industry.

Skills and Experience: Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical product as well as clinical knowledge of disease states to physicians and economic buyers is a must. The ability to travel extensively up to 75%, including overnight travel within the assigned territory is a must for the role. Required to work in a hospital, ASC setting, attending live patient cases as when required as part of the job and wear necessary protective gear (i.e. lead aprons, masks, etc.). Main Focus and Initial PrioritiesGRE is looking to hire an Analyst to support the Acquisitions team. The candidate will financially model and underwrite transactions as well as work with senior leaders to build processes and shape the investment thesis for sustainable investing in the US commercial real estate market. The employee will assist in the completion of marking materials, investor presentations, and literature.

Specific Responsibilities• Build and refine financial models used for evaluating investments in commercial real estate
• Complete financial and qualitative analysis to help senior acquisitions professionals filter transactions based on their consistency with the investment thesis and ability to complete the sustainability plan
• Work with the asset management and ESG / sustainability team to financially model and underwrite the investment and formulate a business plan
• Complete analysis and content for the Investment Committee memo and help the VP Acquisitions lead, present, and defend investments to the Investment Committee
• Coordinate the due diligence execution of acquisitions, including market surveys, tenant credit analysis and interviews, property management interviews, and ordering, coordinating, and analyzing third-party reports
• Help compile internal and external marketing documents, investor presentations, and literature
• Work with senior leaders in Acquisitions to research and evaluate markets
• Identify desirable target markets for each property type and risk profile, ranging from core to core-plus to value-add and development
• Initial target property types include multifamily, industrial, student, and self-storage
• Digest market intelligence and cascade to the broader group with the goal of constantly challenging and refining the investment thesis
• Act as a transaction manager for the execution of an acquisition
• Build relationships with similar leveled counter-parties at brokerages, operator partners, owners, leasing agents and other market participants in the target markets
• Collaborate with other members of the investment team, including the ESG team, to achieve overall objectives, including the successful implementation of the sustainability framework across the portfolio and achieving ESG metrics

Essential Job Responsibilities• Partner with leadership across the business on the planning, communication, and execution of scalable, modern performance development processes

Job Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Executive Director and the Director of Institutional Giving to establish fundraising goals, set strategic priorities, advise on program development, and develop and meet the annual budget.
• Develop and execute an annual fundraising strategy for individual giving.
• Create an annual fundraising budget for individual giving.
• Oversee the collection and maximization of donor data to ensure effectiveness of fundraising strategies, and oversee staff responsible for data entry.
