Duties :

Ensure effective management of the HAST programme. Participate in activities aimed at improving the quality of data for the objective planning of the HAST programme. Effective supervision, monitoring... and evaluation of the HAST programme. Good knowledge of Phuthuma Programme, CCMDD, Tier.net. and Nerve Centre Approach. Co-ordinate submission of reports. Ability to work with other stakeholders including departmental partners and NPOs. Facilitate and support implementation of health care service delivery, polices, procedures, clinical guidelines, protocols, and strategies aimed at achieving service excellence. Do clinical audits and give feedback to the clinic managers. Support the clinic managers to develop quality improvement. Strengthen HIV/TB collaboration at all clinics, and integration of HAST into PHC mainstream.

Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 3+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a non-profit or similar environment.
• Proficient knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience running internal training workshops.
• Knowledge of PSEA and child safeguarding policies (advantageous).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience using G-Suite and Google Docs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• An understanding of the limitations within a small business / NPO with proven experience in contract management and HR strategy development.
