We're looking for a passionate, driven Senior Product Manager to define product vision and lead the development of innovative Cloud Observability and analytics solutions for the ServiceNow Cloud.
These solutions will empower internal operations and development teams by providing:

• Advanced machine learning capabilities for proactive anomaly detection and performance optimization.
You'll drive the product roadmap, prioritize features based on user needs, and collaborate with geographically distributed engineering teams to deliver solutions that:
• Reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR) for incidents.
• Increase uptime of critical ServiceNow applications.
• Improve developer productivity through faster issue identification.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to bring products to market.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience).

As part of the Research and Development function, the global Cloud DevOps team combines software development and cloud operations to provide continuous integration and delivery of cloud-enabled products and solutions. As part of the Research and Development function, the global Cloud DevOps team combines software development and cloud operations to provide continuous integration and delivery of cloud-enabled products and solutions. Responsible for deployment and continuous monitoring to ensure various cloud-specific customer requirements/SLAs are met.
As a Senior Cloud Operations Developer you will utilize your experience to continually improve and develop AVEVA's Cloud solutions, including release and deployment processes and pipelines, enhancing and supporting our security and monitoring capabilities, and diagnosing and resolving cloud infrastructure incidents to optimize uptime and allow us to scale through repeatable and standardized work practices.
Working closely with your development and portfolio colleagues, together you will bring new solutions to the cloud following a standard framework to ensure they are operationally secure, stable and scalable.
The global, 24x7 nature of the team means there may be a requirement for occasional work outside of the standard day and to be on call as part of a shared team rotation.
In this role you will:
• Provide timely and effective response to incidents to minimize the impact on our customers and keep colleagues updated as required.
• Work with development teams to advise and contribute to improvements to operational stability, security, cost management and reporting requirements for our cloud solutions.
• Continually develop and improve DevOps processes, adding value through optimization, automation and effective reporting.
• Oversee relevant Cloud deployments to ensure successful implementation, track and report progress, resolve or escalate release issues.
• Proactively manage cloud environments to minimize service impacting issues, including infrastructure as code, certificates, storage, health status, backup status etc.
• Ensure new services meet required operational readiness standards before being accepted into operations.
• Ensure on-going compliance to security practices and policies.
• Provide subject matter expertise to business stakeholders as required.
• Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation.
• Stay current on security industry trends, tools and best practices.
Required Qualifications
The following list applies to Azure and/or AWS Platforms.
• Hands-on in Azure administration, Azure APIs and tools or equivalent AWS experience.
• Knowledge and experience of operational support, software development and deployment methodologies and principles.
• Development experience with exposure to programming skills, e.g. C#, .NET.
• Knowledge of PowerShell or Node JS scripting.
• Knowledge of API, REST, microservices and serverless architectures.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, able to convey information clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary Range:
$102,200.00 - $220,700.00
This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.

About the Role
We are seeking a VP Cloud who will scale the cloud infrastructure team and drive the strategy and execution of all the medical grade data services for healthcare customers. Reporting to the CTO, the VP Cloud will spearhead feature development and scaling to hospital systems and insurers in the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. This leader will serve as a transformational technical and people leader providing insights to the executive leadership team on technology, process, and tools advancements for our global cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and efficiency is at the forefront of strategic conversations, and building and leading a world class technical team.

About the Role
We are seeking a VP Cloud who will scale the cloud infrastructure team and drive the strategy and execution of all the medical grade data services for healthcare customers. Reporting to the CTO, the VP Cloud will spearhead feature development and scaling to hospital systems and insurers in the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. As a Cloud Software Architect specializing in software design, Cloud architecture and Slurm, you will be responsible in leading software designs and guiding the deployment and implementation of software applications in Cloud. You would specify and refine the requirements of cloud services, automation, management, monitoring, protocols, and device operating systems. You will create solutions that can be repeatedly deployed and operated at massive scale by applying their unique, multidisciplinary, practice to ensure the stability, scalability, performance, and operational success, often by building software systems that manage these aspects of the company’s services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze existing software services, design, and develop new cloud software services.
· Designing and implementing large-scale cloud solutions
· Document the detailed design to explain all the user flows, data flows and the network flows in the architecture.
· Work with fellow architects to understand the end-to-end system requirements and design for this.
· Fostering innovation and enhancing efficiency within the data center/private cloud infrastructure by using HPC technologies, data center design principles, and staying abreast of emerging trends
· Develop and refine data center architecture blueprints and guidelines, considering performance, scalability, security, and efficiency aspects.
· Design and implement solutions for compute, storage, and networking, that align with HPC requirements.

Qualifications
You must possess the below requirements to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualification:
· The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field.
· 2+ years of experience in Demonstrated background in the capacity of a Cloud architect with experience in building and managing cloud applications or a related position, emphasizing a strong concentration on the design of multi-tenant data center infrastructure and the enhancement of performance.
· 5+ years of experience in utilizing industry-standard tools and software common in cloud environments, including SLURM , Weka, cluster managers, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
· 5+ years of experience with running production software at scale.
· 5+ years of experience in Golang/Python or equivalent scripting languages
Preferred Qualification:
· Knowledge of architectural patterns for Internet Applications/Services
· Application clustering and load balancing concepts and related technologies.
· Experience in designing, monitoring, and supporting a large-scale and highly available hosting /private-cloud infrastructure.

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
