Essentials Responsibilities:
20% Create and submit faculty textbook adoptions to bookstore; contact publishers for desk copies upon request; maintain tracking system; follow up and follow through with bookstore and faculty to ensure books are available for students and faculty at the beginning of semester.

20% Direct, respond to, and resolve student inquiries. If applicable, supervise student workers and/or work with graduate assistants in basic work processes. Organize and process graduate capstone documents.

20% Provide office management and clerical services for the unit and assist Division Office as necessary; examples (not all inclusive) include: route phone calls; retrieve, open and distribute mail to faculty; schedule meetings and resolve calendar issues; filing system upkeep, order supplies; type memos/letters; submit purchase requisitions, work orders, print shop orders, travel reimbursements; create, photocopy, fax, scan and format documents.

10% Help new faculty get set up after onboarding (coordinate with faculty and staff to ordernew keys; assist with getting One Card, sign up for printers, instruct with use ofprinters/copiers; work orders with FDM to move boxes/furniture; ITS to move/installcomputers; Telecom to move/install phones; Housekeeping to clean; update door signsas needed, etc.).

25% Ticketing System Management
• Create specific venue facility designs, price maps, price tables, seating charts, house and ticket designs, buyer types, coupon codes, events, and performances for all CPA performances, GSU events and external rental events.
• Maintenance and entry to patron data base as required.
• Work with ticketing software supplier to customize software to best fit our ticketing and reporting needs. Make sure that staff is well informed of upgrades or changes to software and or hardware.
- Work with ITS to troubleshoot and resolve any software or hardware malfunctions.
- Generate, analyze, and maintain ticketing sales reports and data for management and renters per performance and FY totals.

20% Financial Management
• Balance cash receipts daily, generate reports and deliver to cashier for deposit.
• Reconcile cash receipts to general ledger for accuracy and follow up to resolve any discrepancies with appropriate parties.
• Creation of new contracts for arts in education series and groups aligning with auditing requirements
• Work with CPA Financial Administrator to meet internal audit requirements and corrective plan of action, taking primary responsibility for:
- Creation of procedures and policies to address cash handling, complimentary tickets, timely deposits, and cash handling for the box office.
- Creation of manuals and orientation materials for box office employees.
- Ensuring procedures addressing physical security at the box office, including cash drawers, security keys, etc.
- Enforcing and overseeing cash handling procedures and segregation of duties at the box office as well as ticketing policies

5% Other
• Oversight of Group sales outreach for community performances
• Coordination with GSU campus departments on ticketing needs
• Proofread materials (brochures, flyers, playbills, media releases, web edits, etc.)

Essential Responsibilities:
45% Review, maintain and process all documents and records as required by United States

Coordinate information needed for issuance of 1-20 documents. Advise current and future
