We are looking for a 360 content creator that is able to connect and engage our heritage audience throughout our suite of platforms : including websites, on-air broadcast, apps, social channels, and more.

You must be able to look beyond the traditional role of a broadcaster and meet the audience where they are.

The station has been home to heritage morning shows that delivered market-leading audience numbers on-air and digitally, and we plan on continuing that tradition.

If interested please share an achievement-oriented resume noting quantifiable success in the digital & on-air landscape.

You should also submit a link to your audio aircheck and writing examples of your digital skills.

Responsibilities
• Daily digital content creation using SEO best practices
• Present a daily live on-air show
• Record and produce commercials and promos as needed
• Execute station's programming strategy and plan
• Help work toward station's short-term and long term-ratings goals
• Attend programming meetings with management as needed to develop performance
• Contribute to the development of new station promotions
• Participate in meetings, calls and conferences as scheduled by company.

Qualifications
• Understand engagement with the listener on-air, online and at offsite events.
• Possess strong on-air presentation skills.
• Needs to be driven to achieve ratings by presenting great content on-air and online, while being willing and able to assist with any job within the department.
• Understand the station's listening audience wherever they use the brand
• Work well as a member of a team, operating in unison with digital, sales promotion and engineering.
• Excellent working knowledge of digital production and delivery systems
• Experience with online content management solutions such as WordPress
• Demonstrate previous successful experience as an air talent and programming staff member
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn as our businesses evolve
