The station has been home to heritage morning shows that delivered market-leading audience numbers on-air and digitally, and we plan on continuing that tradition.

Responsibilities
• Daily digital content creation using SEO best practices
• Present a daily live on-air show

In this role, you’ll be an extension of Colin’s (our founder) voice, values, and mission. You’ll be transforming his ideas, insights, and methodologies into engaging and high-quality content for our newsletters and social platforms.
The key purpose of this role is to build Colin’s personal brand through content and then leverage it to drive leads for our programs.
Our niche - transformational coaches and subject matter experts who want to turn their expertise into a thriving business. They must be passionate about serving others and facilitating human transformation.

Responsibilities You’ll Be Owning
We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of this role. As our Content Writer, your tasks are to:
• Learn, practice, and master Colin’s voice, tone, and writing style
• Convert Colin’s videos, courses, and ideas into content for newsletters and social posts
• Deliver engaging LinkedIn content (short and long-form written posts)
• Deliver engaging Instagram content (carousels and text-based reels)
• Create and test hooks/headlines for newsletters and social posts
• Research and come up with topics for our newsletters
• Collaborate with Colin to outline and draft the newsletters
• Collaborate with Coin’s EA to create visuals for social posts, using our Canva templates
• Tracking and reporting on metrics to make data-driven decisions on optimizing engagement and conversion
• Learning and testing new content marketing strategies to help achieve our company’s goals
• Leveraging AI to speed up implementation (we love using AI to increase output but always make sure the final pieces breathe creativity and authenticity)
