• Making product recommendations that meet the customer’s needs
• Working as a team to achieve store goals
• Performing store operational activities such as setting displays, stocking products, preparing online orders, cashiering, etc.
YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:
Basic Qualifications
• At least 16 years of age with ability to meet work permit requirements, if applicable.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including, events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Kaleidoscope and the Hallmark Visitors Center are open Tuesday – Saturday and serve thousands of individuals, families, and school and tour groups annually.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
The Materials and Exhibits Coordinator role is part creation/construction and part visitor engagement. The position is responsible for the consistent and even flow of materials used in Kaleidoscope’s studio; for fabricating, installing, and maintaining exhibit components in both Kaleidoscope and the HVC; and for actively engaging with guests and ensuring positive visitor experiences. Work is performed both back-of-house in warehouse and shop environments and front-of-house in public exhibit and reception spaces.

SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing sales and analytical support to the Direct Response sales team for Hallmark Media: Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, and Hallmark Drama.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Monitor and manage inventory on a daily and weekly basis for all networks
• Provide internal analysis and reporting as it relates to inventory and sell-out levels by working closely with Pricing & Planning, Traffic and the operating system to help maximize revenue
• Notify DR sales team and advertisers of current inventory marketplace with suggested rate changes and/or alternative solutions to help with the stewardship of accounts and enhance revenue
• Manage booking and maintenance of high profile, secured deals by tracking inventory reports and working with Pricing & Planning
• Maintain master report of Added Value elements and confirm execution
