What you'll do:
Working on the Product Development team in the Professional Services group at HMH, the Lead Instructional Designer will be responsible for the following primary duties: researching, designing, and developing professional learning content and experiences for K-12 educators in multiple modalities, including in-person and online facilitator-led sessions and asynchronous modules. This person is responsible for collaborating with product teams and analyzing customer feedback to draft requirements and design professional learning with a strong product-market fit that meets identified learning outcomes to support teachers, with a primary focus on coaching and mathematics. What you'll need:

• Acceptable driving record required
• Success in specifically intervention sales preferred

• Experience or understanding of working within a cross-functional team or large-scale software development lifecycle using agile methodology
