Reporting to the Director of Finance, we are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to lead modeling and forecasting, financial planning, and strategic analysis. You will help drive company-wide initiatives and optimize business decisions by delivering insightful metrics, forecasts, and operational finance support. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, high-performing Finance team that plays a key role in making recommendations that inform both short and long term decisions, determining the trajectory of the company.

Here are a few of the things you will do:
• Own the company's three-statement financial model and develop both short-term and long-range forecasts
• Gain a deep understanding of our key operational metrics and conduct complex cohort modeling and unit economics analysis
• Lead management and investor reporting, including KPIs and actuals vs plan in order to deliver monthly and quarterly performance analyses for our Leadership team and Board of Directors
• Play an integral role in the semi-annual planning process and collaborate with department leads to build and track operational budgets
• Interpret and present key findings directly to senior leadership across multiple functions
• Build metrics-driven financial models to assess new business opportunities
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide value-added business insight and decision support
• Manage and mentor 1-2 analysts

Here is what is needed:

As a Product Marketing Manager you’ll develop strategies and go-to-market plans that drive acquisition and activation of HoneyBook among priority industry verticals. You’ll lead the development of the customer journey for our verticals, partnering with product, product education, customer success, and marketing teams on the coordination of cross-functional, go-to-market initiatives.

To be successful, you need to be adept at collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, managing indirect resources, effectively communicating strategies and plans to the broader organization. You’ll also need to strategically evaluate and match the needs of our users with the value of our product, have a clear understanding of the competitive landscape, and develop compelling positioning and messaging.

• Develop GTM strategies and campaigns for key industry verticals
• Develop strategy, plans and goals for vertical acquisition and activation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning and messaging, value propositions, market opportunity analysis, and customer proof points
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute and assess marketing programs that support our key verticals
• Develop testing and learning plans to continuously optimize vertical customer journeys
• Conduct an ongoing assessment and reporting of go-to-market strategy; making recommendations for course corrections as needed

Our Fraud team provides behind the scenes, world class customer support, while performing all aspects of fraud monitoring and investigations.
