In this position, you will take inbound calls helping clients to book lodging at a hotel or a vacation rental type property. You will assist the caller in finding the best hotel... for their stay and assist them in completing the reservation. HotelPlanner will provide initial and ongoing training and support to make you successful. HotelPlanner will deliver client calls through HotelPlanner’s hotel reservation system for you to book the reservation. There are no outbound cold calls or sales scouting required. Inbound Sales calls only. This is a commission only position with uncapped earning potential. HotelPlanner provides a commission of 15% of revenue on our share of earnings per booking.
Qualifications:
• Agents must have a great attitude, the ability to connect with clients on the phone and complete the training course to navigate the site.
• Successful agents need to have a personal drive to book business and deliver professional service.
• It is strongly recommended to have phone sales and/or call center experience.
• You must be detail oriented, plus make sure the client gets the information they need on every reservation.
• HotelPlanner requires a background check that will be paid for by HotelPlanner.com.
• The schedule is completely flexible, but working weekends and evenings are recommended.
• Currently only hiring in the US.
• Due to CA state regulations, we are unable to hire residents of California.

• Hi-Speed Internet (preferably with an Ethernet connection)
Compensation:
• Commission only position with uncapped earning potential.
• HotelPlanner provides a commission revenue share of 15% to agent on revenue earned per booking.
• While providing hotel options to callers, the agent will be able to see potential revenue to be made on each rate shown.
• Once the booking has settled (most settlement happens 1 week after the guest checks out), the booking will be set for payment on the next agent billing cycle which is currently every Tuesday.
• Agent will have real time reporting showing all bookings made under their agent account as well as status of payments due to their account.
• Money earned will be paid by check or ACH via bill.com.
• There are no application or training costs to you.
