In this position, you will take inbound calls helping clients to book lodging at a hotel or a vacation rental type property. You will assist the caller in finding the best hotel... for their stay and assist them in completing the reservation. HotelPlanner will provide initial and ongoing training and support to make you successful. HotelPlanner will deliver client calls through HotelPlanner’s hotel reservation system for you to book the reservation. There are no outbound cold calls or sales scouting required. Inbound Sales calls only. This is a commission only position with uncapped earning potential. HotelPlanner provides a commission of 15% of revenue on our share of earnings per booking.
Qualifications:
• Agents must have a great attitude, the ability to connect with clients on the phone and complete the training course to navigate the site.
• Successful agents need to have a personal drive to book business and deliver professional service.
• It is strongly recommended to have phone sales and/or call center experience.
• You must be detail oriented, plus make sure the client gets the information they need on every reservation.
• HotelPlanner requires a background check that will be paid for by HotelPlanner.com.
• The schedule is completely flexible, but working weekends and evenings are recommended.
• Currently only hiring in the US.
• Due to CA state regulations, we are unable to hire residents of California.

Team Travel Coordinators work closely with team managers and coaches to provide ideal housing solutions to fit their team's needs.
You will assist teams by providing them knowledge of their areas of travel, provide a variety of hotel options, develop long term relationships with team leaders and coaches, and provide the ultimate customer service experience for every team.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with team managers to coordinate room blocks for their team travel.
Manage all group block requests for designated events, prepares all event documentation and coordinates with hotel contracting department.
Make and answer a high volume of calls and emails, maintaining a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
Log communication, where required and maintain detailed and accurate records.
Assist in any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Hotel, customer service, sales or similar experience is preferred.
Strong organizational, excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
Positive interpersonal skills required.
Excellent computer and typing skills are required.
EDUCATION:
We like education but like experience even more! Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
