Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Presents menu answers questions and takes food and beverage orders from guests and/or serving staff.
• Prepares drink orders including wine liquor and beer.
• Prepare appetizers and food items according to recipes and standards.
• Monitors seating in lounge/bar area ensuring all guests are served.
• Computes bill and accepts payment; tracks and balances sales receipts.
• Attempts to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as discontinuing alcohol service and notifying management of potential problem(s).
• Clean bars work areas and tables as well as glasses utensils and bar equipment.
• Maintains kitchen and lounge station by keeping area tidy; clean and stock kitchen and bar at the end of each shift.
• Plan organize and control the operations of the lounge/bar area.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
• Create drink recipes.
• Inventories liquor food supplies and equipment weekly. Order or requisition supplies as needed.
• Ensures all temp logs and waste logs are maintained daily.
• Receives dates and examines foodstuffs and supplies to ensure quality and quantity meet established standards and specifications.
• Ensures tips are reported properly for tax processing.
• Other duties as assigned.

As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process in one of Goodyear's Chemical manufacturing plants. Position Summary:

Focuses on safety, performing patient care activities or tasks for psychiatric patients as well as maintaining a therapeutic and safe environment under the direction of the licensed staff. 6. Participates in implementing and formulating patients’ treatment plan based on experience and close observation of patients.
7. Helps maintain a therapeutic milieu. Assists with milieu management and uses crisis de-escalation and trauma informed care strategies to reduce destructive and disruptive patient behavior and ensures the safety of patient, self, and others. Recognizes early warning signs of worsening patient behaviors and intervenes appropriately.
8. Facilitates patients’ groups and participation in therapeutic activities (i.e. community meeting, transition, and wrap-up groups etc.).
9. Implement crisis management skills (de-escalation skills) as directed by licensed staff, including situations where the patient could be in danger, suffer self-inflicted harm, or harm others.
10. Must be able to restrain an adult, adolescent, or pediatric patient within the guidelines currently in use at HCPC, including circumstances where the patient is violent or aggressive towards staff and others, including other patients.
11. In certain circumstances, must be able to maintain initial physical control of an adult, adolescent or pediatric patient individually until assistance from other team members arrive.
12. Escorts patients on and off campus for medical emergencies and diagnostic procedures when required.
13. Conducts patient Q15 and Q30 minutes observation rounds with appropriate documentation, and one to one observation. Observes patient condition for signs/symptoms consistent with illness or mental status change; reports observations about patient condition to the nurse.

What will I be doing...

As a Steward, you would be responsible for transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and service ware in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher to clean all chinaware, silverware and cooking utensils
• Scrub pots and pans
• Burnish, de-tarnish and polish silver
• Stock and maintain supplies and equipment
• Perform cleaning duties including, but not limited to, mopping and removing trash
• Transport and store clean service ware
• Train other stewards, as needed
• Prepare and place clean service ware for events and functions
