What You'll Bring To The Team...
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent experience and ability

• 10+ years of experience (or equivalent) in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches, including experience developing and delivering machine-learning models that work in production
• Demonstrated success in leading a team of analytic professionals and building a team culture
• Demonstrated leadership using statistical analysis and research to drive positive change in a business setting, including working and conceptual knowledge of data structures, algorithms, statistics, machine learning, and programming

Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
