Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned which are also considered to be essential to the employment position as deemed necessary by a Principal.)
• Uses computer-aided design software to create detailed design drawings including, plans, details, technical specifications, 3D models, renderings, etc. in accordance with client specifications and applicable industry standards. (Design platforms that KHH utilizes might be AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
• Communicates with project manager to ensure project specifications are followed and designs are approved prior to transmitting to client.
• Strictly adheres to KHH standards for maintaining and saving files, drawings and other design documents.
• Other supervised tasks, such as construction site visits, office errands, simple design work and document review and administration, may be included in your duties as well.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Computer proficiency, including Excel, Word & AutoCAD. May also be required to complete in-house training for CAD drafting standards, site visit review procedure, and office standards.
• Good working knowledge of industry standards and current design codes.
• Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such a level as is determined by KHH’s sole discretion.
• Must be available and willing to work such hours including overtime per day or per week as

KHH determines is reasonably necessary or desirable to meet business needs.

Equipment Used:

Manage offsite storage, service contracts, office and janitorial supply inventory.

Work closely with risk managers and professional liability insurance company.

Coordinate with the managers to ensure quality patient care and services are provided. Interact with patients and address their complaints.

Serves as a liaison between clinic and external agencies and maintain a relationship with the landlords, IT support, credentialing , telecommunications, internet provider, attorneys, certified public accountants and banking relationship manager. Establish, communicate, implement and monitor production and compensation standards for providers to meet performance expectations.
