Responsibilities
• Performs day-to-day accounts payable functions such as verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.

As part of the executive leadership team of the IAC, the IAC VP of Online Education is responsible for developing the infrastructure for the IAC Online Education and ensure its growth and success. The VP will oversee the creation and execution of the educational program as well as the platforms that support the learning to create a successful user experience and a meaningful community impact. The IAC VP, Online Educations reports to the CEO.

Duties include and are not limited to:
• Strategy & Development – Set the strategy and the execution and growth of Online Education across the US directly to the consumers, through IAC local chapters, and through other relevant partners.
• Operations: Oversee the operations of OFEK from beginning to end – teacher recruitment and training, content production, user registration and customer support, assessment and measurement, effective technological platforms.
• Community engagement: Articulate the programs’ mission to community and be an active part in resource allocating to support in accomplishing the mission and use appropriate and effective techniques to encourage community and parent involvement.
• Fundraising: Lead the fundraising for Online Education programs on local and national efforts to allow the growth and resilience of the program
• Oversee and lead the growth of the program, forming new partnerships with Jewish Organizations (both formal and informal) and find collaborating opportunities.
• Budget Management – Create, oversee and implement the annual budget. Monitor adherence to set budgets and organization’s procedures, fundraise and support fundraising efforts.
• Team Recruiting and Management – Recruit and oversee a support team across the nation.
• Manage relationships with other organizations in the community, outside vendors, and steering committees for various programs.
• Brand management – Assures that the Ofek hub is appropriately branded within the content and design of any marketing material or event.
• Leadership - As part of the leadership in the IAC, participate in overall organizational development and creation of new events and programs. Represent the IAC in various forums.
• Marketing and PR – Create, in collaboration with the IAC Marketing a marketing plan and oversee its implementation, including online content, social media and promotion through local organizations.
• Oversee documenting of all program planning, policies, procedures, practices, and logistics to ensure quality control and sustainability.

Skills/Qualifications:
• Graduate degree required.
• Track record of establishing a learning hub (a physical school or an online learning initiative on a large scale).
• Minimum 5 years of educational content development, management & marketing experience.
• Experience in facilitating remote learning.
• Knowledgeable and experienced with State-of-the-art online learning platforms and tools.
• Experience in the Israeli and/or Jewish sector.

• Direct institutional fundraising including research grant opportunities and engage with new and existing foundations.

• Review program materials used for communications and marketing to ensure consistency, quality, accessibility, and branding.
• Liaise with marketing team on communications and marketing materials for all programs.
• Draft and oversee the creation and submission of high-quality and timely proposals, grant requests, correspondence, impact/stewardship reports, and other documents to support best practices in foundation relations.
• Conduct research to identify foundation prospects for both the organization as a whole and for specific programs that align with the organization’s strategic direction.
• Gather and share information about trends in philanthropy – especially in the areas of Jewish and Israel-related topics – which may be of value to IAC.
• Ensure all grants are tracked, including application and reporting deadlines.
• Maintain regular reporting and ensure income reports are reconciled with the Finance team.
