Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Meet with marketing managers to discuss client messages and requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Meet with marketing managers to discuss client messages and requirements.

The International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) is looking for a summer intern to work with its Editorial team. This intern will work with the Resource Center which houses and organizes a library of IAPP-produced and third-party content on the IAPP website, ranging from news, resources, tools, podcasts, videos, web conferences and more. What You’ll Work
The International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) is looking for a summer intern to work with its Editorial team. This intern will work with the Resource Center which houses and organizes a library of IAPP-produced and third-party content on the IAPP website, ranging from news, resources, tools, podcasts, videos, web conferences and more. This intern will also support projects in the... Digital Product Strategy team.
What You’ll Work On
- Assisting with tasks and projects related to the Resource Center (organizing resources, basic research of privacy related-content, updating various tools and trackers.)
- Projects related to content migration efforts, as we prepare to migrate to a new content management system.
- Assist with resource center/IAPP content-related inquiries, both internal and external.
- Assist with data-entry related projects.
-Assist with various ecommerce project needs as determined
Experience You Will Gain
-Practical experience in digital experience
-Working within marketing and editorial publishing software systems
-Introduction to Agile methodology and teams.
- Experience in an editorial department and how daily news and resources are published.
- The ins and outs of content management system and transitioning content between systems.
- Working closely with a Research department and coordinating workflows between different content departments.
- Work with professional designers to take their content from finalized designs/products to published content on a website and deliver it to our users.
- Organization of content and products across various departments.
Required Skills and Experience
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS preferred.
- Familiarity with content management systems, file directories,
- Previous experience with Office 365, especially Excel preferred.
- Knowledge of the modern technology industry and latest developments in the space.
Summer 2023 Internship Program
In addition to working with your team, completing a project, and growing your portfolio all interns will be invited to participate in enriching activities. Work Environment
We have a hybrid work environment and are asking applicants to be within a commutable distance to our Portsmouth, NH office.
