We are moving to brand new offices round the Corner from Turtle Bay and the Slug & Lettuce in the heart of Bournemouth this June and we want to grow our team and have new money hungry enthusiasts join us in our new stylish and swanky offices : )
You will preferably have Telesales experience, although we do consider all applications.
The Role:
• Prospecting new leads to sell the advantages or our unique Lapolla Spray Foam Loft Insulation with a view of booking an appointment for one of our field sales team to attend.
• Reviewing your sales pipeline on an... ongoing basis to ensure sales conversions are maximised.
• Attending and contributing to daily team huddles and weekly training.
• Working to sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• We provide you with a 1 day paid training course. Covering script, delivery and sales techniques to give you the platform to succeed.
• We are the UK's largest Lapolla Loft Spray Foam insulation suppliers.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE
• You will be paid a weekly basic ranging between £250 and £350 every Friday depending on how many appointments you set for that week.
• 0-1 Set Appointments £250 per week (£50 per day rate)
• 2-3 Set Appointments £275 per week (£55 per day rate)
• 4-5 Set Appointments £300 per week (£60 per day rate)
• 6 + Set Appointments £350 per week (£70 per day rate)
• An average appointment setter usually sets between 1 - 4 appointments every day (very achievable to reach the highest weekly pay rate)
UNCAPPED COMMISSION
• You will be paid £50 for every successful appointment you set.
• You will be paid 2% Commission on every single order that you set that sells
• Average Order value is £4200 but can range anywhere between £3000 and £10000
• 2% Commission ranges based on our order values can be £60 - £200 on each sale
• Example - Basic Weekly Pay for 6 appointments is £350 plus 6 Appointments that sit successfully is £300 plus 2% Commission on 6 orders that sold at Average Sale Value is £504 = Weekly Take Home based on this example of £1154
• Uncapped Commission - On Target Earnings of OTE of £1500 per week which is £78000 Per Annum
We are looking for people to be setting up to 4 appointments per day.

This is a fast paced selling environment, you will be working in a vibrant office and will be rewarded well with your hard work.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0930hrs - 1800hrs although we incentivize our staff with early finishes every day as soon as the board is set and the Field Sales Diaries are filled for the next working day, your day is complete and can go home and remain on full basic pay! Work Life and Home Life balance is so important. Work Smart and you could be finished by 3pm : )
