'a) Ensuring Monthly Sales targets are meet with acquisition in NTB and ETB customers.

c) Ensure month on month growth in EOP Assets for Gold loan business/per branch
d) Fee Income should be Minimum 1% of total disbursals
e) Customer Follow ups to be done at regular intervals for timely renewal of cases so as to ensure Minimum renewal pending cases.

Job Purpose:
The role entails scaling up and growing the customer base for the branch. It also entails developing constructive relationships with customers and working closely with them to boost volume of business across geographies by establishing a strong foundation with them as their financial partner of choice. This role encapsulates the responsibility of customer sourcing and acquisitions and building strong relationships with key dealers, strategic partners to help in client sourcing and acquisition. Roles & Responsibilities:
• Drive below the line activities in the assigned catchment to acquire new customers
