Job Overview
The primary responsibility of the Strategic Account Manager - IDN is to negotiate favorable contracts for the Eugia US generic injectable portfolio at assigned IDN and Health Systems encompassing the Midwest to East Coast. Working closely with internal stakeholders to align efforts, the Strategic Account Manager will negotiate favorable contract terms for Eugia at assigned accounts, analyze sales data routinely to ensure compliance and determine positive and negative sales trends, conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers to drive compliance and further the relationship, attend strategic planning meetings with home office leadership, and establish relationships accross accounts.
This position is Remote.
Responsibilities
• Manage existing and prospective key customers including large IDNs and Health Systems by understanding customer needs, leveraging market dynamics and promote Eugia's growing inline and new product portfolio
• Learn and understand the goals and drivers of each account, establishing productive and professional relationships with key decision makers
• Negotiate favorable contract terms for Eugia US, contracting where possible all new product launches
• Coordinate with all internal Eugia US team members (Sales Ops, Marketing, Supply Chain) as well as external team members (Territory Business Managers, National Accounts, Trade Relations) in order to manage contracts and pull through sales at the account level
• Routinely meet with assigned accounts, assessing and clarifying any issues, driving compliance, and uncovering new opportunities
• Routinely analyze sales data to uncover trends and opportunities
• Provide competitive intelligence to management team
• Attend trade shows and industry meetings as requested
• Attend and fully participate in Strategic Planning Meetings with management team

Qualifications - Skills & Requirements
• Solid knowledge of the generic injectables market with with an understanding of the growing importance of Integrated Delivery Networks, Hospital Health Systems and Alternate Site Market
• Ability to present at a high level with strong level, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to plan and see for short and long term goals
• Clear, concise writen and verbal communication
• Must be highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, under changing conditions and strategies
• Ability to travel, estimated 25%-40% monthly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - excel/powerpoint
• Must reside in the Midwest, Southeast or Northeast
Education & Experience
• 3+ years documented outside pharmaceutical sales experience
• Degree from accredited College/University required or equivalent experience
• Valid US driver's license required.
