In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Manage and maintain the SAP Systems landscape, various technical projects, and IT administration tasks.
• Collaborate with leaders in other SAP and non-SAP work streams, including various IT technical support leads and Global Business Solution partners, as well as multiple IT vendors, to design and deliver complete end to end solutions that optimize operational performance of our systems.
• Apply expertise to understand business requirements and translate them into designs that lead their teams to process improvements, organizational and/or technological solutions in line with standard methodologies.
• Identify and solve issues through root cause analysis to ensure permanent corrective action as well as provide on-call support during critical events and milestones.
• Communicate effectively by translating complex technical information to non-technical personnel to ensure the successful identification of the ask and/or an issue.

The essential requirements of the job include:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in a science, engineering or IT related field, or equivalent level of experience required
• 5+ years of experience working within the various SAP Tcodes and programs which make up BASIS Administration duties, including performance monitoring and optimization, locks/blocks, trace, batch jobs, printers, short dump analysis, certificates and ICM, etc. This experience should span supporting technical enhancements, upgrades, break/fix, and production support.
• 5+ years working SAP bolt on and integration setup and support within areas such as PO/PI, GRC, Solution Manager, Vertex, BI Tooling, Odata, HANA, Linux and Windows Operating Systems, etc.
• Experience working within a SOX compliant environment, supporting business processes, and creating documentation that follow strict guidelines.
• Experience leading and supporting S/4 Upgrades and supporting N+1 landscapes.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• Knowledge in Transitioning integration solutions to BTP; FIORI setup.
• Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with technical vendors.
• Creating technical upgrade and security note implementation roadmaps to ensure our landscape is up to date.

The HR Business Partner, US Site Operations provides HR (HRBP) support for several sites within the United States where IDT synthesizes customer products. years of proven development experience using .NET/C# with focus on microservice applications 3 years experience with RESTful Web API and JSON Proficiency with modern web development technologies including Angular and Typescript Strong hands on development with Single Page Applications with at least one year experience focused on Angular Development Proficient in database development Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance Experience with Git, TypeScript, and Angular Material Demonstrated ability to produce technical design documentation Preferred Skills Experience using OAuth and OpenID Experience using Lambda Architecture Experience with SignalR Experience with Devops Experience with NoSQL databases Experience with Data Warehouses Experience with Xamarin Experience with other client MVVM frameworks Experience with using Jira and and the Atlassian Suite The salary range for this role is 90 - 100K USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
