Global Retail Markets Business Lines - Economics Liability Lines Analytics team is seeking highly motivated individuals to join and accomplish a variety of challenging analytics projects that will drive product strategies for our core lines of business - Auto, Workers Compensation & Umbrella products. This group performs diagnostics, forecasting, predictive modeling, and prescriptive analytics and translates their insights into actionable recommendations that directly influence business decisions. The team closely engages with a variety of organizations, including other teams in Global Retail Markets Product Management, Actuarial, State Management, Underwriting, Claims, IT, and Finance. This highly visible team provides analytical leadership and strategic direction to be a premier small commercial carrier and to achieve Global Retail Market's aspiration of becoming one of the top 3 global personal and business insurers.
In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to develop strategic business targets, assess progress toward those targets, and ultimately drive profitable growth for Auto, Workers Compensation & Umbrella.

• Leverages primary data, quantitative modeling & financial analysis to optimize decision making
• Mining large data sets using sophisticated analytical techniques to generate insights and inform business decisions
• Works extensively with stakeholders to develop and enhance growth and profitability strategies, including communicating areas of opportunity or concern. Facilitates cross-functional alignment on solutions and partners with stakeholders to implement recommendations.

• Translating quantitative analyses and findings into accessible visuals for non-technical audiences, providing a clear view into interpreting the data.

• Coaching more junior or non-technical peers to structure, drive, and communicate findings from analytical projects
