We are looking for Senior Manager to join our global HR team and take care of People and operations, payroll & benefits for our US market.
If you love a challenge. You will:
• Lead all aspects of HR operations and processes, HR systems, and HR communications
• Process payroll for our US employees
• Implement People Operations policies and compliance aligned with legal regulations
• Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system
• Drive growth, presence, and effectiveness of People Operations strategy and objectives
• Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget, and expenses
What you need to be successful:
• Proven experience in a USA payroll
• Strong knowledge of benefits, tax and wage laws
• Experienced in using various payroll systems e.g. Gusto
• Good understanding of the common fiscal procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision

• Help create a fun, constructive environment for students
Applicant must be trained in both Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and first aid. The CPR and first aid certificates must be appropriate to the ages of children in care.**

• Perform file ripping and trapping using XMF / PackZ RIPP software
• Prepare and output files for proofs, bluelines, overlays and/or in-house plates
• Make file output revisions and corrections as required per job specifications
• Layout signature forms using Preps Imposition software.
• Works closely and communicates with project managers, production team, sales and client in a professional manner
• Make plates as necessary
Job Requirements
• Highly detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Macintosh Operator in a prepress & printing environment
• Extensive experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe and prepress software packages
• Experience using XMF, PackZ, etc. Rip/Trap Workflow and Preps Imposition software
• Strong knowledge of prepress processes and systems
• Strong working knowledge of color theory, printing and graphics
• Highly effective communication and collaborative skills
• Maintain confidentiality of all client materials
