We are looking for Senior Manager to join our global HR team and take care of People and operations, payroll & benefits for our US market.

• Lead all aspects of HR operations and processes, HR systems, and HR communications
• Process payroll for our US employees
• Implement People Operations policies and compliance aligned with legal regulations
• Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system
• Drive growth, presence, and effectiveness of People Operations strategy and objectives
• Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget, and expenses
What you need to be successful:
• Proven experience in a USA payroll
• Strong knowledge of benefits, tax and wage laws
• Experienced in using various payroll systems e.g. Gusto
• Good understanding of the common fiscal procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
