About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Marketing to join our innovative team. Lead the global marketing organization to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and brand awareness within Enterprise and Mid-Market brands (our core ICP). Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across all channels to deliver against goals & KPIs.

Responsibilities
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to drive pipeline growth in our core ICP
• Oversee all lead generation activities, including content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing and our BDR team
• Set ambitious, yet achievable goals and KPIs for all marketing initiatives
• Measure and track campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
• Develop and own the company's brand identity and messaging
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
• Define company and product positioning
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CRO, CEO
• Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
• Define target audience segments and continuously refine buyer personas
• Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives
• Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
Qualifications
• Prior experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director in a B2B SaaS space with a proven track record of success targeting Enterprise and Mid-Market Brands
• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Proven experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that deliver pipeline growth
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing data and analytics tools
• Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Strong project management skills
• Data Obsessed and highly analytical
• Strategic mindset, with an ability to make complex decisions
• Experience in building and scaling marketing teams in a high-growth environment

Responsibilities and Duties

- Build and maintain front-end for Improvado's marketing analytics SaaS platform

- Implement new functionalities based on specifications

- Write test using react-testing-library

- Collaboration with UX designers and product owners to come up with intuitive user interfaces

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Optimize web performance to ensure a fast and responsive user experience.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.

- Collaborate with the back-end team to integrate with the server-side logic.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to overall codebase improvements.

- Participate in Agile development methodology, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Requirements

- 3 years of experience in frontend development

- Experience in front-end development with a strong understanding of Typescript, React, HTML, CSS, and webpack

- Experience with functional components and hooks

- Familiarity with Jest and/or React Testing Library

- Experience working with TanStack Query (FKA React Query)

- Strong understanding of SOLID and clean architecture principles

- Experience working with Git and version control systems

- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Good understanding of testing frameworks and automation testing

- Understanding of web accessibility and cross-browser compatibility

- Experience with Agile software development methodologies

About The Role

We seek an accomplished Project Manager/Engagement Lead who will be instrumental in executing and leading a full spectrum of Improvado Professional Services offerings. This role goes beyond facilitating; it demands a hands-on lead who can deliver projects independently, with substantive expertise in at least one of the following domains: solution design and architecture, data modeling, marketing, or BI (data visualization).

Success for the Project Manager/Engagement Lead is measured by the seamless execution of complex Professional Services projects, drawing upon deep subject matter expertise to drive value and influence project outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to routinely engage with C-level client executives and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across sales, product, and operations to ensure all client needs are addressed.

The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating uncertain scenarios, easily conveying intricate technical concepts, generating data-informed insights, and leading cross-functional teams with a pro-active and hands-on approach.
About You
• Proficient in English and capable of engaging effectively in a client-facing capacity.
• A track record of directly managing and executing projects, with a minimum of 3 years in client-facing roles such as Project Lead, Customer Success Manager, Sales Engineer, Account Manager, or similar.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams with a commitment to strong interpersonal skills.
• Technically savvy, with the ability to not just coordinate but also to drive the technical aspects of project delivery management, system analysis, or technical pre-sales.
• A consummate professional who is personable and dedicated to client stewardship.
• Exceptionally organized and adept at juggling multiple tasks and clients.
• Stellar communication and collaboration skills, ensuring seamless teamwork across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
