• Promotes continuous improvement culture by not only resolving current production issues such as quality problems, yield, and ergonomic safety issues, but also identifying and implementing actions to eliminate future issues.
• Trains production team members on operating procedures and work instructions for new processes and equipment.
• Assists Engineers with all tasks related to developing and improving processes. This includes setting up pilot lines, performing designed experiments, manufacturing sample products, perform testing, and documenting results.
• Provides input and support for execution of and Process Validation Protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ)
