• Work closely with the Production Control department to ensure development of an accurate schedule.
• Support the T-week scheduling process by attending all preparatory meetings in accordance with the requirements of SP-10.3.1.41, ATR Complex Nuclear Operations T-Week Process.
• Communicate daily with Craft Supervisors, Maintenance Planners, and Production Control Schedulers to verify weekly preparations for maintenance activities scheduled in the T-week process, including the Ready-Ready walk down process performed by the Craft Supervisors.
• Represent the maintenance department by owning and resolving T-week process issues related to their craft area.
• Starting at week T-13 thorough T-1, perform the specific functions identified in SD-12.0.19, ATR Program Maintenance Roles and Responsibilities for each week.
• Identify and document system, equipment, structure, safety, environmental, quality, procedure, work preparation, work execution, and resource deficiencies discovered during the performance of maintenance activities for input to the T-week T+1 week critique phase and the company issues management system.
• Pursue professional development opportunities, attend required training, and maintain assigned qualifications needed to perform assigned responsibilities.
• Find opportunities for improvement at all levels within the company.
• Plan, implement, and carry out special projects within area of expertise, as assigned by the ATR Program Maintenance Craft General Foreman.
Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or advanced degree and 3 years of experience, or 13 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
