• Manage a high volume of warm leads and prospects to build a large pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Demonstrate fearlessness, scrappiness, and creativity to set meetings with target prospects using calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels
• Conduct research on companies and prospects to understand their goals and pain points in relation to Instapage
• Contribute to success of teammates by sharing best practices and improving process
• Attain and exceed monthly quotas for Qualified Opportunities generated
• Leverage tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc to track and build pipeline
• Continuously learn how to manage full sales cycles in preparation for the next role
• Travel to attend on-site sales and marketing and lead-generation events to initiate conversations and generate high-quality leads at events
• Work both Inbound leads/MQLs and outbound account targeted leads

You have an understanding of technical Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content management systems (CMS), and technology infrastructures using CSS, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits. Top candidates will be comfortable troubleshooting and constantly improving the User Experience (UX) of the website.
A day in the life..
• Audit existing content and identify areas of improvement, including redundant and/or duplicate information, unnecessary plugins, and other opportunities for optimization—then implement approved recommendations
• Ensure website efficiency, security, and quality—conduct regular tests to improve the user experience of the website, including SEO and accessibility principles, page speed, and mobile optimization
• Build web pages and page templates based on Figma designs and/or brand guidelines in WordPress and Instapage
• Create and implement strategies to improve website traffic and engagement—including A/B testing to prove out hypotheses
• Assist with social media campaigns, digital advertising campaigns, PPC, SEO, and other marketing efforts
• Evaluate competitors' websites and make recommendations for improvements to the Instapage website and landing pages
• Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues and security breaches
• Ensure the website aligns with brand requirements, strategy, and meets the organization’s standards
• Train other Marketing team members in WordPress usage and best practices
• Keep the website's domain and hosting registration current
• Support ongoing link-building strategy
• Develop UTMs, scripts, and code for digital advertising attribution, user tracking, and tag management

To be successful in this role, you need..
• A degree in web development, computer science, IT, systems engineering, marketing, or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of experience as a web manager with experience in the Wordpress platform and with front-end development experience
• Experience building user interfaces, templates, and responsive website designs in WordPress
• A solid understanding of CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
• Experience designing and developing website architecture as well as building new features and functionalities
• Experience building and implementing new WordPress themes and plugins
• Ability to independently conduct website performance tests and optimize the website based on those insights
• Experience working with debugging tools for WordPress
• Experience in both front-end and back-end website development including CSS, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, etc.

A day in the life…
• Standardizing and enforcing formal sales policies and processes
• Take ownership of Salesforce hygiene and develop most meaningful reports, dashboards and ad hoc analyses

• Compensation plan development and rollout
• Partner with Marketing Operations on optimizing tech stack integrations, reporting, dashboard creation, and end-to-end visibility in quality of revenue creation
• Refine and iterate on building a comprehensive sales playbook, including training materials, policies, and processes for all areas of the sales organization
• Work with Product Marketing on defining essential sales collateral & communicating new policies and processes to the sales team

You are an exceptional conversion optimization practitioner and enthusiast. You are adept at CRO strategy and comfortable in a client-facing environment. You have experience leading client strategy and successfully collaborating with client success managers, copywriters, and designers. A day in... the life You will develop and implement a successful post-click conversion strategy for client advertising campaigns You will participate in strategy-focused conversations with clients and be the direct day to day contact for the customer You will outline the hypotheses and plans for building relevant and personalized landing pages, oversee their development, then track their performance against key metrics leveraging the Postclick technology. You will work in collaboration with copywriters, data analysts, UX designers, and developers. You will build out and continually update our repository of optimization/personalization learnings, outcomes, and strategies You will generate ideas to further the strategic use of the Postclick platform in a way that's practical, scalable, and drives real value for our clients You will help elevate the knowledge and understanding of other Conversion Engagement Manager's with your expertise and experience. Requirements To be successful in this role, you need:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 5-7 years of relevant client-facing experience Experience prioritizing, designing, and executing data-driven A/B/n and MVT experiments A solid foundation in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and web analytics Experience working in a tech enabled service environment and understanding of the SaaS delivery space Experience implementing experiments using Optimizely, Google Optimize 360, Adobe, Visual Website Optimizer, and/or other leading platforms Creative thinker -- you're able to build upon and improve the ideas of others as well as come up with new ideas that are both effective and scalable Data-driven storytelling skills. You create and deliver compelling presentations with outstanding visuals Experience with Mouseflow, SessionCam, Clicktale, Hotjar, UserTesting.com, UsabilityHub, Qualaroo, and/or similar platforms to analyze web user behavior and uncover actionable insights Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms like Google and Facebook Ability to pick up new technologies quickly and comprehensively Ability to quickly achieve an expert-level understanding of client business and competitive landscape in any vertical Elite communication skills and high EQ; you enjoy building relationships, both internally and with clients Experience working at a rapidly growing global tech start-up is a plus Available to work Pacific Time as needed Some of our amazing benefits include 15 Days standard PTO 10 Paid U.S. holidays 12 Mental health PTO days Generous monthly WFH Stipend and office set up allowance Full health benefits (medical, dental, vision, sick leave) and 401(K) Flexible work hours and a hybrid WFO/WFH/Remote culture Top-of-the-line technology Professional growth/continuing education.
