The Job You Will Perform:
• Makes ready, assists operator in maintaining corrugated manufacturing press machine in which you are assigned. (rotary die cutters, flexo folder gluers, labeler and folder gluer machinery)
• Observes and monitors machine operations to aid in detecting malfunctions and to determine whether adjustments are needed.
• Feeding, catching and stacking corrugated sheets at machine feed and stacking stations.
• Assisting operator in order setups including setting heads, mounting of print plates and dies, maintaining safety, quality and required housekeeping standards.
• Ensures all orders are completed to specifications including “special instructions” if applicable.
• Other duties as assigned by managers and or supervisors/shift leader which may include parts and hand assembly.

The Skills You Will Bring:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred. Trade School and/or advanced degree preferred.
• Two years or more experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. (corrugated manufacturing is a plus).
• Ability to problem solve with minimal assistance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other employees, supervisors, managers, etc.
• Basic computer skills (data entry, etc) and be able to perform basic arithmetic including additions, subtractions, multiplications, division and use of a tape measure.
• Comply with all IPs Safety rules and Quality policies and protocols at all times.
• Ability to learn and understand machine line up.
• Ability to understand/learn all operations of corrugated manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions given in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Ability to understand/learn and accurately utilize KIWI for setup, run instructions and production times.
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Ability to work in an environment that is often hot in the summer and cool in the winter.
This position requires standing throughout your entire shift and moderate to heavy lifting at times.

• Participate in CVA Audits to evaluate and recommend MPS related issues that could reduce customer’s packaging cost and improve margin for IP
• Keep informed of current developments in MPS technology through interaction with manufactures’ representatives and plant visits
• Utilize the MPS Project Log System to track value to customers and IP by accurate record keeping and visit reports
• Manage travel and operating expenses in a reasonable and prudent manner consistent with department budget guidelines and IP standard operating procedures

The Job You Will Perform:
• Set up the machine according to machine specific procedures.
• Make necessary adjustments during set up and run to ensure quality work
• Successful candidates will be required to learn the duties of assistant and/or machine operator and be prepared to promote to the next position level when a vacancy becomes available

The Job You Will Perform:
• Work cohesively with Information Technology resources, business analysts, consultants and business representatives
• Able to perform tasks and duties with minimum supervision/guidance
• Have the technical skillset and interpersonal skills to mentor an intern or new hire or junior programmer
• Resolve conflicts between people and teams
• Capable and willing to serve as a subject matter expert to our customers/partners in discussing best technologies to use
• Understand transport/change management and resolve issues
• Help improve and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Explore relevant technologies and share with team with little guidance
• Work with functional teams in order to understand the functional requirements and assist in the creation of solid functional specifications

The Skills You Will Bring:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 7 years of hands on ABAP programming experience
• SAP ABAP and functional knowledge
• Strong understanding of the main functions in the ABAP Workbench-Data Dictionary, Reports
• Strong experience in SAP Workflow development, troubleshooting, customization and Business Objects.
• Strong experience in Enhancement Framework.
• Must have knowledge/experience with ABAP Object Oriented Programming.
• Knowledge of SAP UI5/Fiori and related backend development.
• Strong experience and knowledge in Data migration techniques.
• Must have worked on Flat file Interfaces, Proxy Interfaces, LSMW, BDCs, and BAPI.
• Experience using BADIs, Exits, BTE.
• Experience developing reports utilizing ALV List, Grid and Classes.
• Experience with screen painter / module pool programs.
• Experience creating/modifying SAPScripts, Smartforms and Adobe Forms.
• Strong experience in ALE/IDOCs
