The Sr. Manager of Information Engineering will be responsible for leading and managing an Information Engineering team that is developing and maintaining software systems used by employees and partners of Invitation Homes. What You’ll Do
• Work collaboratively with business units to identify data needs, define product roadmap for data analytics team
• Define and manage project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies for team members and stakeholders
• Lead and manage the team of data engineers (including offshore and contract resources) as a hands-on technical leader. Help the team make key technical decisions, unblock them, and guide them on execution
• Architect and build new data models in collaboration with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility, and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization
• Design, build and launch extremely efficient & reliable data pipelines to move data to Data lake and Data Warehouse
• Build and maintain framework for auditing, error logging & master data management for data pipelines

Who We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of professional development experience, and 5+ years of recent experience managing a technology team
• 4+ years of experience with leading, managing, and hiring a team of talented engineers.
• Experience working in agile development environment
• Deep understanding of software and development principles and concepts
• Experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling
• Experience in a large scale, high-volume data warehouse environment
• Expertise with various ETL and Data warehouse technologies
• Experience with a modern public cloud-based data stack on AWS; Redshift, Snowflake, or other modern data warehouse systems; Airflow, AWS Glue, dbt, or other modern workflow management systems.
• Strong technical skills and willingness to be hands-on. Ability to guide the team in systems design, write and review code, and help debug issues.
• Expertise with database development skills including Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).
• Experience with stream-processing systems: Storm, Spark-Streaming, Kafka etc.
• Experience working with Salesforce and Yardi in real estate domain highly desirable

Job Summary

The Player Development Professional partners with the Director of Golf and/or Head Golf Professional and is responsible for creating a culture of improvement at the Club to generate increased levels of participation amongst the Members and prospective Members. The goal is to increase member value and appeal of the Club through increased participation and the development of a more vibrant and enjoyable golf community. This is accomplished on the golf course by playing golf with members, building relationships, and connecting with people.

Day-to-Day
• Play golf with members
• Management of a personal care group of allocated golfers responsible for their retention, activation, and participation.
• Execution of player development activities (this includes coaching, engagement events, golf with members, swing assessments, etc).
• Creation and management of a new membership pipeline including management of the conversion to member.
• Improvement of golfers playing performance through coaching and fitting.
• Execute and manage junior, adult, new golfer, and social coaching programs with minimum numbers participating.
• Execute and manage active marketing events.

About You

Job Summary

The Health Club Attendant is responsible for promoting the facility amenities, programs and the Club while providing the Three Steps of Service to the Members and guests of the Club. Responsible for providing quality service and assisting with the Athletic/Spa operations (as applicable).

Day-to-Day
• Provide exercise floor supervision, including warm welcomes, magic moments and fond farewells by connecting with each Member on the floor.
• Clean and maintain all areas of the fitness floor and equipment. Assist with set up and tear down of other athletic areas including but not limited to the squash courts, racquetball courts, volleyball, and basketball courts.
• Constantly monitor Members on the fitness floor and evaluate Member fitness needs, including providing a demonstration of equipment if necessary. Attend to Members with special needs while working out on the floor.
• Connect Members to other Members through ongoing contact with the Members and promotion of Club activities.
• Create personalized service for Members, including providing towels and water service while Members are exercising.
• Promote the facility amenities, programs and the Club while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service that aligns with the values, philosophies and standards of the Club. This includes being in a club-approved uniform and nametag.
• Perform close-of-business functions following guidelines and procedures established by the Club.
• Responsible for seeing that daily assignments are completed in their respective areas.

About You
• Customer service experience. A minimum of one year of experience in the fitness or exercise industry is preferred.
• Education: High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Certification/License: Certification in CPR, First Aid and AED within 6 months.
