• Assisting potential customers with questions and recommending them to the proper product or service based on their needs with a strategic and ethical sales approach

Responsibilities
• You will dominate the top of sales funnel, following up on inbound Leads & prospecting into target accounts
• Engage with newly signed trial customers to drive utilization and account activation
• Work closely with Marketing in support various campaigns and programs to optimize lead conversion
• Be creative in the development and execution of your own Go-To-Market Strategy to generate leads
• Accountable for managing and building prospect database in various CRM tools and applications
• Collaborate with and support Account Executives and Solutions Architects to ensure optimal market coverage
• Develop and maintain client relationships with influencers, decision makers and CXO's
• Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure process standardization and data governance
• Actively develop personal knowledge of industry/market sector, client's business challenges, and competitive and economic landscape.
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of business experience with an emphasis on sales preferred
• Proven background of success and growth while possessing the ability to set goals, overcome challenges and be a positive influence to those around them.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, desire to win but not afraid to fail
• Great communication skills
• High levels of empathy and emotional intelligence

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
• Sitting or standing for extended periods of time
• Spend extended hours in front of a computer screen
• Ability to travel via air and/or vehicle on an overnight basis up to approximately 5-10% of time (1 overnight trip/month)
• The ability to perform the essential responsibilities of this job in our Philadelphia office on days as designated by management
