Essential Job Functions
• Research, analyze, recommend, and implement the most appropriate strategies, methodologies, and technologies to maximize the learning experience and impact including learning platform features and functionality.
• Manage all learning platforms, including LMS administration, performance-based lab environments, and all learning platform implementations and integrations.
• Manage and lead all customer support related to learning experiences delivered via ISACA learning platforms.
• Manage the design and development of learning products for delivery across multiple platforms, effectively utilizing course-authoring software, features on the learning experience platforms and emerging educational technologies.
• Lead the design team to ensure all materials utilize adult learning theories for both instructor-led and self-paced deliverables.
• Ensure all ISACA’s learning products are designed, developed, and delivered on time and in budget.
• Lead regularly scheduled lifecycle reviews of existing learning products and ensure appropriate product maintenance, improvements and enhancements are implemented.
• Partner with Product Management to analyze learner feedback, gather competitive analysis, and understand learner needs in support of product ideation and product improvement efforts.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships for learning and development solutions. Identify and vet new development vendors and subject matter experts.
• Work with ISACA’s Project Management Office (PMO) team to ensure key dates and deliverables are met.

Supervisory responsibility
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate direct reports ensuring staff maintain and have opportunity to develop knowledge and skills necessary to drive ISACA’s success as well as their own.
• Support both internal and external users by developing documentation and assistance tools.

The Los Angeles chapter is seeking a part-time chapter Event Project Coordinator to support our chapter events and conference. As the chapter’s Event Project Coordinator, you will play an integral role in coordinating activities to deliver chapter events and the annual conference successfully whether in person or virtually.

Executing at the highest level, the chapter event project coordinator ensures all touch points and experiences our leaders, members and strategic partners receive exemplifies our mission and core values.

An ideal candidate is responsible, efficient, clear communicator; organized, systematic, and process-oriented with strong project management skills; highly self-motivated and a self-starter with strong follow-through; trustworthy; resourceful; can find ways to make things happen and a friendly and professional individual who understands, has experience with and can handle the ebbs and flows of event activities. This person is a self-starter and enjoys event planning and management.

The duties can include the following (not an exhaustive list):
• Event organization setup and support including obtaining and following-up on event and speaker required data.
• Periodic onsite event support if required (e.g., setup and registration).
• Project management support for the annual Spring Conference including coordinating planning meetings, providing updates, identifying and tracking action items to drive to successful delivery of the conference.
• Follow-up with sub committees on actions to support the conference i.e. sponsorship, volunteers and marketing
• Assist in content writing/editing for a variety of event promotion communications.
• Event communication to member inquiries or triaging inquiries to the appropriate chapter leader.
• Execute other projects/duties as directed by committee leaders and the officers of the board.

Qualifications:
• Customer service experience.
• Project management and/or event management experience is desired.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
• Professional, strong oral and written communication.
• Highly organized and detailed oriented.
• Able to work independently and productively.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours since most of the support is event-based; most of the work is remote (work from home) unless onsite support is required for a physical event; may include some evenings and weekends
• Increasing support and hours commitment are required as the annual conference event date approaches including onsite support.

The Risk Professional Practices Principal supports ISACA's Digital Trust content activities and ancillary workforce enablement projects. The Principal will support the Director in advancing the IT risk-related Professional Practices Program Strategy by including appropriate technical content in all assigned content development activities, including practical and pragmatic guidance and framework development efforts. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

This includes providing suggestions for materials and references that need to be included in content deliverables and assessing the qualification of subject matter experts to support development and review activities.

• Acts as internal subject matter expert (SME) in Risk Professional Practices for ISACA Global and recruits, mobilizes, and supports assigned volunteer groups of SMEs to ensure the achievement of project objectives by leading and facilitating group work.
• Partner and collaborate with leaders and staff cross-departmentally to guide and support ISACA's risk presence in messaging, sales training, knowledge certificates, topic relevance, strategic relationships, web, etc.
• Respond to technical inquiries from members and maintain professional competence by reviewing current risk information and attending appropriate seminars, conferences, training sessions, etc.
