About the Role:

The ISB (In-store Bakery) Customer Business Manager (CBM) is accountable for overall customer performance vs. plan (AOP delivery), revenue, and margin. This role will also be responsible for customer satisfaction and delivering on customer-supplier scorecard metrics.
• Responsible for the day-to-day customer relationship; ensuring forecast accuracy, orders to forecasted levels, performance versus annual target, pricing accuracy, selling initiatives, and order/service support
• Enhance/grow profitability of customer P&L through effective trade management, optimal assortment, branded versus private label balance, and strategic bid recommendations
• Serves as an unbiased voice of the customer when interacting with all internal cross-functional partners; ensuring customer needs/expectations are met while always doing what is best for TreeHouse
• Work with multiple broker agencies to serve our shares customers by setting clear broker expectations, monitoring their performance, and leaning on them where able without giving up direct customer ownership
• Analyze customer data, IRI/UNIFY data, and internal performance data to identify actions to drive positive business performance for TreeHouse and Customer
• Identify opportunities for custom product offerings and lead the commercialization project; ensuring customer's expectations are clearly defined and all requirements of the customer's process are met

Important Details: The position is full time and remote based. It will require 20%-50% travel to THS locations, customer appointments, industry events or other job-related functions.

About You:

• College degree with a minimum of 5 years of business experience in sales or related field; experience in retail bakery preferred (either with a broker, with a supplier, or with the retailer)
