About the Role:

The ISB (In-store Bakery) Customer Business Manager (CBM) is accountable for overall customer performance vs. plan (AOP delivery), revenue, and margin. This role will also be responsible for customer satisfaction and delivering on customer-supplier scorecard metrics.

• Work with multiple broker agencies to serve our shares customers by setting clear broker expectations, monitoring their performance, and leaning on them where able without giving up direct customer ownership
• Analyze customer data, IRI/UNIFY data, and internal performance data to identify actions to drive positive business performance for TreeHouse and Customer?
• Identify opportunities for custom product offerings and lead the commercialization project; ensuring customer's expectations are clearly defined and all requirements of the customer's process are met

Important Details: The position is full time and remote based. It will require 20%-50% travel to THS locations, customer appointments, industry events or other job-related functions.

About You:

You'll fit right in if you have:
• College degree with a minimum of 5 years of business experience in sales or related field; experience in retail bakery preferred (either with a broker, with a supplier, or with the retailer)
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills for use with customer relationships, broker partners, and internal cross-functional partners
• Excellent business analytical skills - Specifically, using consumer trend data (IRI/UNIFY), Internal BI data, and financial data to grow a retailer's business while being disciplined with our trade spend
• Solid financial acumen - Understanding of P&L and price implications to optimize customer bid strategies and management of trade funding
• Strong management skills with demonstrated problem solving ability, skilled at multi-tasking and prioritization, and communication of AOP performance to stakeholders at varying levels of the organization
