Based in ITV’s North Hollywood office (currently hybrid remote), this role will report to the Senior Manager, Accounting & Finance. This role requires an individual who has experience in a fast paced environment and is highly motivated with the ability to be flexible with ever-changing priorities. This role will support the finance team for the portfolio of businesses across the West Coast, including unscripted, scripted, international, and joint ventures. Solid communication, technology, organizational and analytical skills are a must for success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate invoice billing and prepare cash applications/receipts
• Maintain accurate information of actual and forecasted milestone payments on a project by project basis
• Participate in various internal departmental meetings; inquire and gather useful information for production tracking and milestone triggering
• Gathering agreements, budgets, cash flow schedules, and internal memos for financial commitments and obligations
• Research and resolve billing/collection related issues as they arise
• Provide weekly updates on billing milestones to trigger unresolved billing issues and discrepancies
• Reconcile the accounts receivable GL account
• Prepare and assemble financial data for audit
• Other duties as assigned
• Prepare ad hoc reports to executive management and development teams
• Maintain documentation ensuring ITV’s internal controls are maintained and all files are up to date

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
• Minimum 1 year related work experience, preferably in the entertainment sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detail and deadline oriented, analytical and confidential
• Experience in Oracle Cloud and/or any large cloud based accounting systems a plus
• Strong Excel and Google Suite capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities, while staying focused and meeting deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
• Troubleshooter and problem solver
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
