The Jacksonville Guest Experience Internship is designed to provide students with experience with the day-to-day operations of the Jacksonville Jaguars Guest Experience department. The internship offers students opportunities for professional development and practical, “hands on” experience working under the guidance of our Chief Operating Officer and Director of Guest Experience, within TIAA Bank Field and Daily’s Place Amphitheater.
What You Will Learn
• How to respond to guest and employee suggestions, questions, complaints or comments in an event day and follow-up setting
• How to plan and execute events held by the Jaguars and Daily’s Place
• How to assist with the strategic planning for the 2023 Jaguars NFL season
• How to supervise areas of the stadium and Daily’s Place and Guest Experience staff on event day and major stadium events
• How to monitor and update inventory, including event collateral for stadium partners
• How to create, organize and distribute content for game day, concerts, and major stadium events
• How to generate post-event reports for issue resolution and talking points for upcoming event day meetings
• How to train and prepare event staff for the upcoming season, including Daily’s Place and Jaguars
• How to prepare the guest services booths, concierge desks and kiosks for event day

Required
• Must have graduated with a college degree within 18 months.
• 1 year of customer service experience

Summary
The Marketing Coordinator sits primarily within the Marketing Strategy & Operations team to ideate, implement and manage various campaigns and projects throughout the year. The Marketing Coordinator will own additional tasks such as working as project manager for the Design Team, traffic and manage media assets and coordinate vendor payments as well as other duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities
• Serve as the Marketing Liaison for Group Sales initiatives and traffic creative assets to various marketing platforms (including paid/organic social, printed collateral, e-marketing, and out of home signage, etc.)
• Manage and optimize the design content, messaging and trafficking for all creative requests
• Traffic marketing assets to internal and external marketing channels connected to single game tickets and ticketing campaigns
• Establish and sustain professional relationships with local media sales and service representatives to execute media plans, reach new audiences, and optimize Jaguars initiatives for ticketing, marketing and partnerships
• Work closely with analytics and ticketing team to track performance of campaigns, specifically across digital platforms, and subsequently optimize those plans based on the results. Digital media to include programmatic display, paid social, SEM/SEO, programmatic audio and online video platforms
• Work collaboratively with Jaguars production, digital, and social media teams on campaign implementation across owned & operated channels
• Work with league partners to include campaign marketing assets on NFL platforms, including digital, e-marketing, and television
• Traffic all advertising assets for implementation
• Monitor budget usage in coordination with the Senior Director of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager (Brand)
• Create end-of-year recaps in tandem with the analytics team to showcase campaign results
• Coordinate payments for marketing vendors
• Oversee communication for departmental meetings connected to all marketing verticals and senior leadership
• Support branded projects including but not limited to video shoots, interdepartmental meetings and events connected to brand growth
• Manage ticketing, hospitality and marketing needs for radio affiliates
• Support the marketing efforts of tentpole campaigns and events
• Lead special projects connected to all marketing verticals and other duties as assigned

Summary
The Director of Construction will lead all construction efforts related to the Shipyards and Jaguars real estate platform from project design through the completion of the development, construction, and lease-up/condo-sale process. He/She will manage construction operations including profitability, personnel, management of risks and opportunities, and delivery of an exceptionally build product for the division for multiple projects. The scope of work will include all phases of construction and development, design, permitting, construction, and opening. The new Director of Construction will report to the SVP of Real Estate & Development and assist with overall strategic planning and leadership for all real estate construction projects.

• Assist with best use analysis and in creating cost-effective plans, cost estimates, utilization of resources, and schedules for completion of projects
• Oversee RFP and contracting process for architects, engineers, contractors, interior designers and other key project consultants
• Compare consultant proposals and scopes, and formulate recommendations for the development team
Construction
• Oversee all aspects of construction on multiple projects and manage external team of owner’s representatives, consultants, contractors, and vendors employed by company on each project
• Manage and execute pricing aspects of projects, including creating realistic and comprehensive estimates
• Responsible for facilitating all necessary owner decisions in OACM
• Track project schedules and monitor progress and delays
• Prepare and monitor budgets, including preparation of monthly loan draw packages and lender and/or reports for ownership
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Oversee development and deployment of structured jobs creation programs in construction (e.g. JSEB, apprentice, and other jobs training initiatives)
• Keep SVP of Real Estate and Development apprised of all project issues, status of issues, and recommendations for resolution
Construction close-out and Pre-Opening Operations Transition
• Enforce quality standards for materials, workmanship, and final product
• Facilitate procurement and installation of all owner FF&E
• Interface with hotel managers, tenants, condominium owners, etc. in opening of hotel, residences, and office building
Strategic Planning
• Participate in formulating sound company policies and long-range goals and objectives for the Real Estate & Development Department
Job Requirements
Prospects for this role will have a minimum of 10+ years of construction management experience with at least 2+ years in a Director or Senior Construction Management position. He/She will have taken several projects from design through construction completion and turn-over to operations team, ideally having developed luxury hotel and mixed-use product (including restaurant, retail, condominium, and/or marina). Additional qualifications are noted below:
• Four-year College Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
• Proven entrepreneurial skills and demonstrated self-starter who takes initiative to identify what needs to be accomplished and develops and implements actionable plans to do so
• Must possess attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced dynamic environment
