The Jacksonville Guest Experience Internship is designed to provide students with experience with the day-to-day operations of the Jacksonville Jaguars Guest Experience department. The internship offers students opportunities for professional development and practical, “hands on” experience working under the guidance of our Chief Operating Officer and Director of Guest Experience, within TIAA Bank Field and Daily’s Place Amphitheater.

What You Will Learn
• How to respond to guest and employee suggestions, questions, complaints or comments in an event day and follow-up setting
• How to plan and execute events held by the Jaguars and Daily’s Place
• How to assist with the strategic planning for the 2023 Jaguars NFL season
• How to supervise areas of the stadium and Daily’s Place and Guest Experience staff on event day and major stadium events
• How to monitor and update inventory, including event collateral for stadium partners
• How to create, organize and distribute content for game day, concerts, and major stadium events
• How to generate post-event reports for issue resolution and talking points for upcoming event day meetings
• How to train and prepare event staff for the upcoming season, including Daily’s Place and Jaguars
• How to prepare the guest services booths, concierge desks and kiosks for event day

Internship Qualifications
Required
• Must have graduated with a college degree within 18 months.
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Available to work nights, holidays and weekends

• Public speaking experience

Compensation
• Interns will be paid an hourly wage for their time with the Jaguars.

Summary
The Marketing Coordinator sits primarily within the Marketing Strategy & Operations team to ideate, implement and manage various campaigns and projects throughout the year. The Marketing Coordinator will own additional tasks such as working as project manager for the Design Team, traffic and manage media assets and coordinate vendor payments as well as other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities
• Serve as the Marketing Liaison for Group Sales initiatives and traffic creative assets to various marketing platforms (including paid/organic social, printed collateral, e-marketing, and out of home signage, etc.)

Summary
The Director of Construction will lead all construction efforts related to the Shipyards and Jaguars real estate platform from project design through the completion of the development, construction, and lease-up/condo-sale process. He/She will manage construction operations including profitability, personnel, management of risks and opportunities, and delivery of an exceptionally build product for the division for multiple projects. The scope of work will include all phases of construction and development, design, permitting, construction, and opening. The new Director of Construction will report to the SVP of Real Estate & Development and assist with overall strategic planning and leadership for all real estate construction projects.

• Participate in formulating sound company policies and long-range goals and objectives for the Real Estate & Development Department

Job Requirements
Prospects for this role will have a minimum of 10+ years of construction management experience with at least 2+ years in a Director or Senior Construction Management position. He/She will have taken several projects from design through construction completion and turn-over to operations team, ideally having developed luxury hotel and mixed-use product (including restaurant, retail, condominium, and/or marina). Additional qualifications are noted below:
• Four-year College Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
• Proven entrepreneurial skills and demonstrated self-starter who takes initiative to identify what needs to be accomplished and develops and implements actionable plans to do so
• Must possess attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Summary
We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and accountable individual to join a tightly integrated Jaguars and Bold Events Technology team. The IT Infrastructure Administrator’s role is to function as day-to-day support for technology systems throughout the stadium campus. This includes configuring, testing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing hardware and software to ensure the reliable operation of core business and event-related technology. The stadium campus is currently expanding to include a separate sports performance/training facility as well as a separate office building for business operations.

This position will expose the Administrator to a wide range of technologies. It is a great opportunity to expand IT experience. Cross coverage and end-user support will be required. We are looking for a candidate that is eager to tackle any technical challenge. The Jaguars and Bold Events are referred to as the “Club” henceforth.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the stadium and Club’s computer network and systems infrastructure, including servers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and other networking equipment.
• Support venue systems including point-of-sales, ticket scanners, AV systems, IPTV, IP cameras, and building systems.
• Testing and QA for customer-facing software and hardware systems.
• Act as a technical wliaison between business partners and Club.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, AV, security, and facilities management, to ensure alignment and coordination of technology infrastructure projects.
• Plan, design, and implement new network infrastructure and systems to meet the stadium and Club’s evolving needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Install of equipment and cabling throughout venues as needed.
• Manage and maintain network and system documentation and inventory.
• Perform network and systems support for events including concerts, corporate and private events, and football games.

• Assist and support all Jaguars Prep initiatives (Nike 11-On, High School QB Skills Challenge, NFL FLAG, Coach of the Week, Player of the Week, Game of the Week, Fantasy Camp, Gameday Combine, etc.)
• Assist and support all Jaguars Foundation and NFL Initiatives (including Crucial Catch, Salute to Service, My Cause My Cleats, Stadium 5K, Back to Football Luncheon, etc.).
• Game day preparation, including securing all supplies needed, preparing supplies and equipment for game day activation, moving equipment and supplies (kiosks, tables coolers, combine stations, etc.), and returning items post-game, distribution of game day parking and credentials.
• Assist with community donations. Prepare and distribute and/or mail out care packages, auction items, donations, etc.
• Manage deep storage space and inventory.
• Assist and support all Jaguars Legends initiatives.
• Coordinate Community Corner at Training Camp.

• Experience working with youth in sports programs

Responsibilities
• Monitor all deliveries to the unit and properly analyze invoices and quality and quantity of products. Inspect all products upon delivery for quality, temperature, and condition.
• Report any faulty or incorrect deliveries immediately to the manager.
• Receive, open, unpack, and stock new or transferred restaurant supplies to their appropriate shelves, racks, tables, and service stations, storing them safely and securely.
• Perform proper rotation of all food and beverage products upon receipt-first in first out mentality.
• Keep immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action.
• Properly handles and stores all chemicals received.
• Clean and maintain storage and delivery areas; ensure all kitchen and dining room equipment is clean, sanitary, and in good repair.
• Maintain receiving log by competently tracking all deliveries and missing items.
• Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished.
• Return dirty dishes, silverware, glassware, and linen to the dishwashing area, wash, and sort appropriately.
• Break down boxes and dispose of them properly.
• Be able to perform opening, mid and closing duties as outlined by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or general education degree; one to three months of previous stock clerk/steward or related experience and/or training highly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Basic math skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to multitask but remain organized.
• Must have strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Physical Requirements
• Constant standing and walking for the entire length of shift.
• Frequently required to reach, pull, push, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.
