Specific Duties & Responsibilities...
• Collaborates with JHU offices including but not limited to Student Health & Wellbeing, Office of Student Enrollment and Account Management, University Information Services, and individual school contacts all needs of Student Benefits.
• Assists students with all benefit claim needs including leave of absence, disability, family programs, etc.
• Resolves complex and confidential claim issues with insurance carriers.
• Provides best in class benefits services in form of phone calls and emails in a professional, cooperative, positive, and helpful style with students, parents, and administrators.
• Answers inquires and provides information regarding enrollments, waivers, qualified life events, and processing procedures to comply with policies.
• Collaborates with Manager to streamline program procedures when necessary.
• Maintains and updates student benefit website and instructional documents.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree.

This position requires a creative, dynamic thinker with strong, writing and editing skills, and an aptitude for visual communication. • Assist with the development of interactive projects including scoping the required resources and timeline to meet project timelines with quality results.
• Leverage stock images, photo editing skills, basic video editing skills to compile multimedia elements within an interactive authoring program like Articulate Storyline/Adobe Captivate.
• Produce quality eLearning course material, including PowerPoint slides, diagrams, interactive exercises, and assessments.
