We are looking for Technical Support representatives in the United States for our rapidly growing customer base. These are full-time, fully remote opportunities with benefits.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is essential to ensure continuous operations for our users and customers. Your main role is to help customers via our very own support ticketing system. Other side tasks are mostly handled by tenured employees, but you'll be given a chance to contribute if you're eligible. As a Technical Support Representative, you're also expected to collaborate with our designers and developers. We have a handful of teams composed of talented individuals across the globe. Our unique team culture allows remote employees to work closely with each other, along with the in-house teams working in our offices.
The key objectives of this role include, but are not limited to:
• Provide first line diagnostic/troubleshooting support and technical expertise to answer customer questions, troubleshoot and resolve issues while maximizing customer satisfaction
• Utilize our support ticketing system ; Respond to incoming support tickets related to technical questions, service incidents, and other issues and keep track of your own support tickets, and follow through to completion.
• Provide accurate and timely support by documenting all issues and resolutions.
• Maintain communications with customers during the problem resolution process.
• Act as a Customer-facing subject matter expert
What Do You Need to Be Successful?
• Solid HTML / CSS background is needed to help customers in building and designing forms.
• Decent JS knowledge is optional, but it will certainly come in handy when providing workarounds.
• You should be well-versed with CMSs, CRMs, site builders, etc. as our form builder integrates with lots of 3rd party platforms.
• A strong technical knowledge in general and common sense are necessary. You have to be witty and creative in finding workarounds.
• Track record of supporting customers with a SaaS or IaaS product is preferred

Our Business Development Managers (BDMs) own significant territories and work alongside our world-class Pre-sales and Support Engineers to build successful relationships that lead to new business opportunities while maintaining superior relationships with existing customers to grow their accounts. The ideal candidate applies solution selling methodologies to close business, exceed sales targets, and maximize corporate revenue growth.
The BDM is responsible for selling Jotform Enterprise in the Central Region in the US. The role requires a strong command of enterprise sales, SaaS selling, project management, relationship-based selling, and consultative solution selling.
The key objectives of this role include, but are not limited to:
• Create and execute proven processes to generate new sales of Jotform Enterprise to small, medium and large businesses and enterprises, nonprofits, NGOs, educational institutions
• Respond to incoming leads within the territory with utmost care and professionalism
• Leverage your existing network to build a pipeline through social selling platforms
• Develop and nurture clients with your territory helping address their needs and challenges

• Strong C-level/board-level communication skills, adept at communicating with a largely technical audience

We are expanding our Closer team! We are looking to hire commission-based driven closers to take pre-qualified inbound sales appointments with prospective clients.
As a closer on our team, you would receive appointments already pre-booked onto your calendar with prospects who have engaged with our marketing and have been pre-qualified by phone with one of our SDRs. Your responsibility will be to understand their goals and what they are looking for and to then present us as the solution.
We help farmers and ranchers who are selling food products direct to the consumer grow their businesses.
Responsibilities:
Converting sales appointments into closed deals
Preparing proposals and solutions for potential customers
Answering customer questions about our features and benefits
Following up with potential customers
Making sure company products are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Qualifications:
At least 1 - 2 years of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
