The Site Manager (SM) is a full year position based in Columbia, Missouri and is housed on campus at the Student Success Center. The SM works in collaboration with two full-time staff in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Mizzou Jumpstart program to align with Jumpstart quality standards, compliance guidelines, and grant requirements. The SM supports the recruiting, training, and management of college students serving as part-time AmeriCorps members to work with children and families during the academic year. The SM also provides administrative, compliance and project support for the program. The SM reports directly to the Senior Site Manager.
