The Site Manager (SM) is a full year position based in Columbia, Missouri and is housed on campus at the Student Success Center. The SM works in collaboration with two full-time staff in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Mizzou Jumpstart program to align with Jumpstart quality standards, compliance guidelines, and grant requirements. The SM supports the recruiting, training, and management of college students serving as part-time AmeriCorps members to work with children and families during the academic year. The SM also provides administrative, compliance and project support for the program. As part of the Jumpstart network, the SM is provided opportunities for professional development and growth, including but not limited to new staff training and field support and feedback.

The SM reports directly to the Senior Site Manager.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Early Childhood Education & Corps Member Responsibilities o Develop and facilitate Jumpstart training sequence and secure additional outside training opportunities for Corps members o Coach Team Leaders to support a group of their peers serving as Corps members o Observe Jumpstart sessions to monitor the interactions between Corps members and children and the implementation of planned curriculum to meet quality standards o Observe and support Team Planning Meetings to monitor the quality of team collaboration and meeting facilitation
