Position - Virtual Sales Engineer
Our Sales Engineers are a critical asset of the sales team in North America and have a primary responsibility to assist Virtual Sales reps with the technical sales activities in new and existing opportunities. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Proven ability to enable and motivate an operations team to exceed its targets and achieve excellent customer experience.
• Experience in managing complex customer services operational/delivery issues to resolution.
• Proven experience in operational management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business insights and operational improvement in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Highly analytical, strategic, and creative thinker with strong business judgment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and inspire others
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, teambuilding, problem solving and planning skills.
• Proven autonomy in decision making in line with given level of authority.
• Proven ability to work as part of a team both face to face and virtual and make best use of resources not under direct control to achieve operational targets.
• Fluent in English language, both verbal and written.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office software programs.
