Position - Virtual Sales Engineer
Our Sales Engineers are a critical asset of the sales team in North America and have a primary responsibility to assist Virtual Sales reps with the technical sales activities in new and existing opportunities. Virtual Sales Engineers drive awareness to Juniper solutions, architectures, products, and services. Working as one of our Virtual Sales Engineers, your technical experience will support the assigned sales objectives, and you will serve as a fundamental technical resource for our regional sales effort, being able to drive sales and promote the Juniper solutions to Customers and Business Partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will mainly be working as Sales Engineer for the Virtual Sales team based in Durham, NC.

The role is office-based and requires full technical sales support of the Virtual Sales Account Managers and Account Development Reps.

You will prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, which may include the preparation and execution of remote Demos and Proof of Concept.

Engage with customers and their use case and propose industry-leading solutions design and architectures.

Create and validate bill of material using configuration tools and automated templates.

OWN customer RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and create both high-level and occasionally more detailed designs for customers and partners.

Build a long-lasting trust relationship with Juniper customers and business partners.

Our Advanced Customer Care and RMA team is seeking to hire an operations manager to join our leadership team, reporting to the global Customer Service Director.

The Customer Care Operations team is divided by region and/or customer segment. The team delivers admin and hardware replacement support to external and internal customers and ensures alignment with company and customer goals and execution.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Front Line Multi-Channel Customer Service Specialist reviewing and resolving non-technical queries for external and internal customers.
• Provide education for Juniper policies and procedures.
• Handle Service Delivery Logistics queries with regards to dispatch of Juniper products through established logistics channels to parts depots or directly to customers globally.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s request, identifying the cause of the issue, selecting, explaining, and executing the best solution and complete the appropriate follow up until the issue is resolved.
• Work with Global Departments on process change for improvement.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with internal and external customers through open and interactive communication.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Service mindset and proactive attitude
• Minimum of 4 years directly related experience in customer service.
• Experience in Escalation Handling / conflict management
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
