This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Service Engineer 1, you will be responsible for :
· You will be servicing Imaging Equipment in the Kansas City, MO area. Customer Service Engineer Level can be adjusted based on prior experience.
· You are in a field-based, customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintains and modifies Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites.
· You are the "Face of Siemens" to the customer.
· You support the XP/AX modality initially, with potential to cross train into other modalities in the future.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Service Engineer 1, you will be responsible for :
· You will be servicing Imaging Equipment in the Kansas City, MO area. Customer Service Engineer Level can be adjusted based on prior experience.
· You are in a field-based, customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintains and modifies Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites.
· You are the "Face of Siemens" to the customer.
· You support the XP/AX modality initially, with potential to cross train into other modalities in the future.
· You are flexible and willing to work different shifts and On-Call rotations as business needs dictate, including willingness to work overtime as required. Advanced notice will be provided for any shift changes.
· You report to the Regional Service Manager at Siemens Medical Solutions.

· You have knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
· You have previous experience with the desired Medical Imaging Equipment: XP/AX
· You have the ability and experience to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties timely and accurately.
· You have a strong background working with electronics and are proficient in the use of service tools and service test equipment
· You have proficient PC skills (MS Windows & Microsoft Office 365 -Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
Required skills to have for the success of this role
· Minimum Technical Degree or equivalent experience
· Strong electronics background and computer skills required
· 1-2 years of field service experience is desired
· Ability to work both individually and in an established team setting
· You have strong customer service and communication skills
· Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography; willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification
· Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required

As a Contracts Manager, you will review, draft, and negotiate terms with third-party suppliers for a wide variety of services, including software license/implementation/maintenance, financial products and services, subscriptions, property maintenance/construction, marketing, training and consulting. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders including Legal, Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Finance, and Business Operations to ensure contract terms meet applicable standards and adequately protect UMB interests. You will use contracts management software to generate and document all third-party supplier contracts. • You will use internal risk software to understand potential contract risks identified by internal stakeholders.
• You will assist internal stakeholders with vendor research as needed to support company initiatives and engagements.
• You will coordinate and participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and third-party supplier representatives during contract negotiations.
• You will support UMB end users with comprehension of contract terms related to moderately complex agreements to facilitate appropriate review and approval of terms.

Pay Range: $60,795 - $86,835 - $112,875
As a Contracts Manager, you will review, draft, and negotiate terms with third-party suppliers for a wide variety of services, including software license/implementation/maintenance, financial products and services, subscriptions, property maintenance/construction, marketing, training and consulting. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders including Legal, Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Finance, and Business Operations to ensure contract terms meet applicable standards and adequately protect UMB interests. You will use contracts management software to generate and document all third-party supplier contracts. The Contracts Manager is responsible for working with finance and associated business unit to budget and track new spend, ongoing renewals, software license, maintenance, support, subscriptions, and/or other third-party contract commitments. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Legal Counsel - Contracts.

How you'll spend your time:
• You will work alone and with other departmental associates to negotiate contractual terms and conditions with third-party suppliers.
• You will review contract language to identify and analyze potential risks and serve as point of contact while working with other internal stakeholders to maximize contractual protections and cost savings for UMB.
• You will use internal risk software to understand potential contract risks identified by internal stakeholders.
• You will assist internal stakeholders with vendor research as needed to support company initiatives and engagements.
• You will coordinate and participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and third-party supplier representatives during contract negotiations.
• You will support UMB end users with comprehension of contract terms related to moderately complex agreements to facilitate appropriate review and approval of terms.

• You possess a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in contracts, risk, procurement, financial services or other relevant experience, OR any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred:
• You are a Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) or hold other relevant industry certifications.
