Main responsibilities and functions
• Counselling students who hold a Kaplan offer of study, advising them on course and accommodation options and handling their concerns or objections
• Using sales techniques, influencing applicants to accept their offer
• Meeting conversion and enrolment targets
• Applying your awareness and understanding of the specific markets allocated to you and working closely with the relevant regional teams to meet team goals
• Documenting all calls and communication with students in Salesforce CRM
• Working with the team's visa advisor to ensure successful enrolment of all students who pay a deposit and confirm their place on Kaplan's programs
• Working on conversion for other markets from time to time as assigned by your line manager

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or acceptable experience in lieu of education: two years of experience for every year of formal education required
• Demonstrable track record in a sales or customer service role and experience working towards team and individual targets
• Enthusiasm for outbound sales and cold calling, putting your influencing skills to good use
• Excellent oral and written communication skills through telephone, email, WhatsApp, skype and other platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn multiple products quickly
• Exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile for students and their parents, sponsors and guardians

Summary:The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the close supervision of registered nurses where they perform many of the same tasks as the nursing assistants. In addition to providing basic care to patients, LPNs also perform more advanced duties. These include monitoring the respiration, blood pressure, temperature, oxygen levels and heart rates of their patients. LPNs are also responsible for inserting catheters, treating bedsores, giving injections, administering medications and changing bandages. Experienced LPNs may be responsible for developing care plans for patients and are responsible for implementing the clinical plan of care to impact quality outcomes for their residents. Responsibilities:
• Utilize nursing knowledge and skills in the safe implementation of basic preventative therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing care of assigned patient/family as evidenced by documentation and observation of positive patient care outcomes.
• Perform delegated independent nursing functions using established procedures, policies, guidelines and standards as observed by the registered nurse.
• Administer medication accurately, observing patient response, as evidenced by documentation in the medical record and lack of negative outcomes.
• Maintain and coordinate communication among patient/significant other, staff and physician as evidenced within medical record, client and health care team feedback.
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid registration as an LPN in the state of Practice
• Completion of relevant state Board of Nursing approved.
