The Role

Our Customer Success Managers are critical to maintaining the relationship with our customers … they serve in finding customized solutions that best fits the needs of each customer…

This is a flexible work model (remote Monday, Wednesday & Friday and in the office on Tuesday & Thursday).

The Work
• Drive Customer Success by maintaining the department standards for customer usage
• Customer Retention (monthly cancel percent of 63% or lower or churn below 2.5%)
• Expand AMRR of the existing customer base by managing revenue wisely and finding opportunities for growth. This includes standards of excellence regarding Credit/ Refunds and billing reductions.

Daily Execution Excellence
• Increase customer retention through review and assessment of their business goals and monitor progress and offer recommendations based on results
• Ensure the highest customer satisfaction and return on their investment in our product while enhancing their experience
• Define business objectives for the customer and develop a strategic direction for success
• Act as point-of-contact for customers, advocating for their interests and giving voice to their feedback

What you’ll need to have:

Your Experience Should Include...
• Strong leadership, with demonstrated ability to build bridges and drive cross-functional results
• 10+ years of customer service experience, with responsibility for delivering measurable CS results

We are the Product Development team and we’re looking for a frontend software engineer to work with us at the forefront of building and running highly-scalable services.We are working on establishing best practices around the design, development, testing, deployment, and operation of Front End User Experiences at Keap. We are at the center of a major strategic transformation building a product family based on a common platform and design libraries. Our engineers ensure projects are completed and properly documented according to specifications and timelines and test for cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility, and site QA. Your experience should include...
• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• BS in Computer Science or related, or relevant experience
• Advanced coding skills and programming knowledge
• Experience with component driven architectures with at least one of the JavaScript framework such as Vue, React, etc
• Advanced knowledge of one of the testing frameworks such as Mocha, Jest, etc.
• Advanced secure coding best practices
• Knowledge of frontend build tools
• Must proactively research best practices in development, keep up with online trends, and strive to find new/inventive techniquesYou’ll hit the ground running if you also possess...
• Work experience with: Git/GitHub, Webpack, JIRA, Confluence, CircleCI
• Experience developing under Agile, SCRUM or similar iterative unified processes
• GitHub / Stackoverflow profile demonstrating contributions to open source or personal projects.
• Previous work at fast growth company or in an entrepreneurial environment

What you’ll be doing...
• Help continuously grow and refine the understanding of the competitive landscape with thorough and thoughtful analysis of competitors, existing and emerging.
• Drive qualitative and quantitative customer feedback by coordinating interviews, design reviews, and surveys.
• Translate learnings into incremental user stories for an engineering team to execute.
• Ensure product enhancements are communicated effectively, internally and externally, using a variety of media, and following cross-department standards
• Provide data insights and additional value to customers, both internal and external
• Personally acquire and strengthen Product Management skills and practices, for career growth

Daily Duties
• Manage backlog, priority, and execution for a product feature team, creating high-functioning team dynamics, including standups, grooming, demos, and retrospectives
• Always stay on top of competitors; develop and maintain standards for competitive analysis documentation.
• Help strengthen cross-functional relationships with the engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams by providing in-depth internal documentation and facilitating communication
• Help foster a product culture of testing and learning by coordinating customer reviews, interviews, surveys, etc., and organizing feedback.
• Gracefully accept feedback from stakeholders and maintain flexibility as product requirements and priorities evolve.
• Work closely with Product Managers and leaders to review and analyze customer feedback
• Understand and assist in the measurement and documentation of product success metrics.
• Assist in preparations for product launch, coordinating product documentation, working closely with the cross-departmental launch team
• Work with our Compliance team to ensure customers are receiving notifications to improve email sending practices
