Prepare departmental department communications. Improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize operational effectiveness. Develop and track key KPIs across the team to track strategic goals, project milestones and accomplishments. Assist in the internal and external audit process, as well as inspection ownership process including FDA, EMA.
